This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I topically do not enjoy going to dealerships to buy a car but Alfred made this experience exceptional. From first contacting the dealer to even now (weeks after my purchase) I have felt like they truly care about me as a customer. Even during the financial part and sitting down with the finance manager I did not feel pressured to purchase anything additional, which is usually the opposite at dealers. I could not recommend this dealer more and if you get a chance to work with Alfred, you will NOT be disappointed!! This is truly a customer-centric dealer. Buying a car is a tough and expensive decision. After going to several dealers, we had the good fortune of trying BMW of Greenwich, Ct. It was there that my husband and I were introduced to TIa. She is very knowledgeable, patient and through. She takes the time to listen and is extremely helpful with decision making. She prints out paperwork for multiple cars, so you can narrow down your choices before heading out to test drive. We felt no pressure. And I have to say everyone one in the dealership was delightful from beginning to end. They really go out of their way to make all their customers feel at home. And I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful used BMW.

Lee Cruz in the parts department will go above and beyond for his clients. I called Lee for some touch up paint that is "virtually unavailable". I called a few other BMW stores that told me to pound sand. Thankfully, Lee told me to give him my contact number so he can call me back. As promised he called me back and explained that the color Im looking for is under a different code based on the type of car. If he took the time to sell me a $30 touch up paint I can imagine how effective he is when there is more parts and money involved !

I had an excellent experience as an out of state purchaser at Greenwich BMW purchasing a Certified Pre-owned X5. My salesperson was Monica Chan and both she and Elena at the front desk treated me extremely well. Highly recommended!

My mom purchased her car with Chelsea and Euna. We love the atmosphere the ease of working with a woman sales manager was the best. Super easy and comfortable. She gave us a great deal and we brought the car home the next day!!! we love her ask for Euna and Chelsea!

Came from out of state to buy a car, they ended up charging me New York sales tax instead of where I lived, because they said: "I don't want to chase you for owing us money." When I went back and paid taxes for my car and asked for the difference, they ignored me incessantly: the guy who sold me the car(Alex) and their "accounting" department. They still owe me $500. Disgusting conduct from a BMW dealership. Stay away from these thieves at all costs.

The absolute best dealer around, as a part of the Penske Auto group they have high standards for customer service. They are extremely fair with their trade in pricing and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the experience and deal. I ended up going with another dealer as they had the car in stock but let Greenwich know, and the representative from Greenwich called me up a number of times in order to give me advice and make my first BMW purchase a pleasant one even though it wasnt with him, if I had more time I would have waiting until Greenwich got the car in. The GM Joe runs a fantastic dealership.

Yesterday I picked up my Certified Pre-Owned 3 Series, with the help of Sales Advisor Tia. From the moment I got in contact with BMW of Greenwich, I knew it was the place to go. I have a local BMW dealership 5 minutes down the road, and decided to go to Greenwich (an hour away) because of the wonderful customer service I received. When I stepped in to the dealership it was not like your typical dealership. There was no pressure and it was a very friendly atmosphere. The sales manager Kristen was also beyond welcoming and efficient. I now can say I cannot wait for my next car and to see my wonderful new friend, Tia.

I bought two BMW here past few years. They made me buy extra stuff something warranty for tires and little marks and scratch. I wanted to ask questions about it and called many times but no one called me back. They just want to sell the cars and don't care about after care.

I was interested in a car, called up on Thursday to make sure it was in stock, and then made an appointment. Called Friday morning to verify car was in their lot and available and also to let them know I will be there 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. I was told the car is ready for me to look at and test drive. Great, I head out

Halfway en route from Queens, having already paid the toll, I receive a phone call from the dealership that a customer placed a deposit on the car earlier this week. I told them I'm already halfway there and was told then just come in and look at the car, but I can't test drive it. What exactly am I going to gain by looking at a car that already has a deposit on it? Next time, do your due diligence and don't waste my time.

I normally don t write reviews but I had an excellent experience purchasing a CPO Bmw. At first it may be hard to get in touch with the staff(due to their limited staffing because of covid19) , however, Greg was extremely helpful and overall a great salesman. I wouldn't bring my bicycle here to have it fixed. Broke down near by so had it towed here to have it repaired only to hear from my own dealer that I was overcharged by $500.00. They also wanted to do more work which I didn't allow. Also called to express my dissatisfaction and was put through to a managers voicemail--never even called to explain what happened. Don't bother trying to make it right now--Im done.

He told us all about features available in the 750i xDrive. he spent a little over 30 minutes with us and knew the answer to every question we asked. BMW of Greenwich is lucky to have him. It was the best experience with any BMW dealership and associate we've ever had. Highly recommended.

I purchased a used vehicle they had on their lot that I really liked. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. When it came time to make the transaction happen everything was explained properly and communicated quickly.

My experience with BMW of Greenwich was HORRIBLE and dissapointing i actually wasted my time my sales rep was not informative his communication level i would give it a 0 i was very interested in a car i was willing to put a deposit on it and come in sign all my papers so he can see i wasnt wasting his time or mine .my sales rep never called me back to make sure the car was available or if they could of price match the price i have asked sharice the manager to pair me with more experience sales rep so then i guess the sales rep have heard that i asked for a new sales rep so then he then contacted me 3 days later we went over the same information again and he then told me car i was very interested in had a deppsit on it so at that point i was irritated so i had asked him if he can find me a similar car or something close he said he ll look in his inventory and since then had not called me back no voicemail no phone call nothing very unprofessional no attention to detail

In March I drove from NY to Greenwich BMW to purchase a specific certified pre-owned 2013 BMW 535iX. They knew I was crossing state lines to purchase the vehicle and clearly took advantage. Three hours after purchasing the vehicle it was being towed to my local dealership in NY. There was an issue with the tire valve and the battery was extremely low which caused a bunch of electrical glitches. Eventually I realized the comfort access handle wasn't working. DO NOT believe them if they say the $499 conveyance fee is a Connecticut "law". Do not agree to pay it. I recommend avoiding Greenwich BMW and purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. The service department eventually did the right thing and corrected most of the issues but I am not a fan of the Sales department.

My experience at BMW of Geenwich was not a great one overall. Everyone was amazing there except for the one person I had to deal with the most. That was the sales person, Alex Shkreli. Basically, he wasted my time and told me lies from the beginning to the end. I also put down a deposit to make it clear I was serious about buying the car. In addition, he lacked any kind of empathy when we were meeting impasses. What made the experience so much better was the sales manager, Dmitry and finance person Rob DeFeo. Dmitry tried to find a solution to the problems and Rob did a great job of service recovery and was very empathetic.

Great experience from start to finish. Alex Soyref was beyond helpful/accommodating while I was weighing my lease options. He walked me through everything that needed to be done (especially appreciative as this is my first lease). When my lease is up, I ll be going back to Alex for my next one.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Greenwich and the entire staff was extremely professional and made the experience a pleasure, even for a challenging out of state customer. My wife and I went to see all of the mid sized BMW models. We entered the showroom and was greeted by Gregg. He was unbelievably courteous and professional. We liked the fact that he wasn t pushy. We were offered a test drive. The staff was professional and accommodating. Again no pressure. We loved the car so much that we went to his desk and after some negotiation ended up leasing a beautiful BMW convertible. I had a lease return for a different brand coming up an needed a few weeks to handle. He waited graciously, without pressure and finalized our deal. Very poor on following up with clients. I informed the salesperson days in advance I would driving more than an hour to look at a car, I arrived to a car that was dirty inside and out.
I left follow up emails and calls, only to find out (online), the car was sold.

Great Experience All Around, Shopping at BMW of Greenwich was a smooth and easy process. StamaTia was exceptionally helpful and very friendly throughout the process. The dealership was pretty transparent and did not force me into anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Horrible service and it has been 3 months since I bought my car and they can't get my car registered in MA. Excuses after excuses. I'm now considering every option to return this car. Not matter what I try to do even the manager has not been able to help and keeps blaming the state of Massachusetts for their incompetency. I just wish someone would reach out to me with answers.

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys are the real deal. Alex Soyref really went above and beyond in helping me find the car I wanted. He is an extremely helpful and no-pressure sales guy that felt like someone who genuinely wants to help you find what you need. When it came to delivery, Alex and the finance guy Mark LeStrange even stayed at the store for over two hours after closing on a weekend to help us get the car delivered. These guys really go the extra mile. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had the worst experience on June 28 th through June 30 in this location! I have tire insurance and tried to have a flat fix. Not only the service representative had a very bad attitude, she also refused to plug the flat for me. I was sent away with a completely flat tire after I left the car there for 3 days. After I have written to the manager, he simply apologized and did not even say he would look into the matter!
