My experience with BMW of Greenwich was HORRIBLE and dissapointing i actually wasted my time my sales rep was not informative his communication level i would give it a 0 i was very interested in a car i was willing to put a deposit on it and come in sign all my papers so he can see i wasnt wasting his time or mine .my sales rep never called me back to make sure the car was available or if they could of price match the price i have asked sharice the manager to pair me with more experience sales rep so then i guess the sales rep have heard that i asked for a new sales rep so then he then contacted me 3 days later we went over the same information again and he then told me car i was very interested in had a deppsit on it so at that point i was irritated so i had asked him if he can find me a similar car or something close he said he ll look in his inventory and since then had not called me back no voicemail no phone call nothing very unprofessional no attention to detail
