Buying a car is a tough and expensive decision. After going to several dealers, we had the good fortune of trying BMW of Greenwich, Ct. It was there that my husband and I were introduced to TIa. She is very knowledgeable, patient and through. She takes the time to listen and is extremely helpful with decision making. She prints out paperwork for multiple cars, so you can narrow down your choices before heading out to test drive. We felt no pressure. And I have to say everyone one in the dealership was delightful from beginning to end. They really go out of their way to make all their customers feel at home. And I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful used BMW.
