Horrible service. These guys don't care about the customer. It's like they don't want you to bother them when you call for a part number. When you walk in to the store, good luck getting help Just horrible. This is every time. Not going back.
Perfect they dont wasted you time. In the moment you call if they have the part, without you ask they put the part on the side in case you want to come to buy it
The place has a horrible customer service Practice. You be standing there for 20 minutes or so and everyone behind the counter is either eating or ignoring you.the parking sucks the service sucks.order what i wanted from carparts.com had to wait 3 days but saved double of what this place wanted this place sorry to say is a dyeing dinosaur.

Im a customer consultant, and i would only say that this location needs to improve there service by changing the hole staff, they are not professional at all. starting with the girls there dress cuarters is as if thay there to get all the attention and not the service the customer deserve. they are very slow on everything they do i was waiting for a half hour just to get my money for returning calipers mean while i spent about $ 400.00 dollars in parts
Pretty good parts store. Had most products in stock, service is gay. They do have delivery for business and if they don't have it in stock can get it fast. Prices are good but parking is a problem since there is no parking lot and street parking is very limited. Setup is mostly for mechanics rather than do it yourselfers.
Pauly is the man... Always has parts I need or gets them in hour or so. Helps me get my rides fixed and back on road the same day and for as little $$ as possible.

They had the part that I needed, but the place seems VERY UNORGANIZED I was the only customer there at the time and I had to wait 20 to 25 minutes (not exaggerating) just to get my part, they customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll give them half a star jus for having the part if possible, but 1 will do.
Terrible customer service.
I walked in and had a simple question regarding a part that I needed. A Spanish speaking older gentleman (shouldn t even call him a gentleman) called me over and upset with me because I couldn t speak Spanish and explain in Spanish what I needed. It was simple. I needed lights for a back break light since I had fuse and the light needed replaced. He immediately was hostile by the fact I wasn t sure regarding the part but I knew the car and model so I was expecting his expertise. This man was straight up nasty.

Bad customer service the worses their parts are in most cases remanufactured and when you go there to chop they act towards you like are not welcome there, my experience the was a nightmare dealing with those people there I don't recommend this place at all to anyone . But is up to you?
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Standing in there for 30 min to order a simple part, no one even looked at me, all 5 parts specialists pretended to be busy just to avoid customers. I then again asked the cashier person who can i speak to get help ordering a part? He said they are all busy just wait.... I flipped them the bird and walked out. Went to advance auto parts, was in and out in 8 min with the parts i needed.
Great prices, I help my Dad buy "Wagner Thermo quiet" brake for his honda pilot 2010. Much cheaper than autozone and advanced autopart. Wagner brand are one the best brakes you can buy.

He ask the boss if he can order it of course you expect it to be extra but he said 49 dollars .problem is carparts.com sells it for 5 bucks.damm I was shocked that they let greed consume them.loke that.its better to order your parts on line and wait 3 days you save 90 percent. The seller's attention was bad, he preferred to leave me waiting to answer the phone, I complained to him and he said, I can't answer him, I'm on the phone in Ecuador, there is no such thing as a poorly attended customer, seller for his home.
