First and foremost we couldn't have asked for a better client advisor. Alfred LaFata was a dream come true which is why this was our third purchase from Al L and BMW of Greenwich. Al you are so polite and knowledgeable and you treated my husband and our children with the utmost respect. This is by far one of the best car dealerships in the tristate area. If you are looking for a gentleman who takes great pride in his work and unprecedented knowledge then Alfred LaFata is who you should work with. We couldn't have had a better experience, Al is the best, Finance was fantastic and the whole atmosphere was so welcoming. We love our new 530 XI!! we will definitely be returning for car #4!
When I arrived on time for my appointment I was greeted by an unorganized sales department overbooked with appointments. After waiting 50 minutes I walked away.
Horrible. We called on Monday to test drive and after 6 calls, we were finally able to test drive 3 days later. We were waiting to hear back from the finance manager as we were more than happy to pay full price. We didn't hear anything but were sent a form to hold the car with no further numbers/ details. I called Juan (the laziest car salesman alive) to explain why there was no communication and just credit card form sent to me and he said they sold the car 5 minutes ago.
Worst customer service I have ever experience. Listen I get you're BMW and you sell luxury cars, but you don't need to be snobs.

The buying experience was just fine. What was the issue was that they sold me a car that had obviously had significant previous damage where the front bumper had been painted poorly. I found this out a month later while washing my car and the pain off the front just started to come off. I reached out to them about but haven't gotten a response. Now I have to pay out of pocket for this poorly painted bumper.
Just purchased a 2015 428i convertible for my wife. Tom Forte was the BEST! and was the reason I came back to Greenwich BMW. Thanks Tom for the great experience.

This is my first time with BMW and I am very disappointed with the service I received upon picking up my car on Monday 5/18 .My second set of key was not available upon pick up and I was promised that it will be Fedex to me by Thursday. A week later I still have not received the key. I sent them 2 emails and left one voice mail and they didn't even have a courtesy to respond. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

E-mailed for a lease quote and asked for some very specific items. Alfred provided all of this, very quickly, without any hassle or forcing me to come in for a test drive. Wish all dealerships would handle internet sales this well! Ended up buying a different vehicle but will be sending them an e-mail when the time comes for a new BMW in the future.

Horrible service. ZERO stars ! Condescending sales person and finance manager. Over a week since a test drive and no one has followed up with me but I keep getting emails about making a down payment. Went to Westchester BMW the next day and drove off w my dream car.
I recently bought a certified pre-owned X3 from BMW Greenwich dealership. It was a nice and smooth experience starting from inquiries, test drive and delivery. Tia was the sales person who dealt with the process and she put all the car info correctly, was patiently explained and provided info on different cars suiting my budget and handled it professionally.
