I cannot speak highly enough about my client advisor, Stephen Shaughnessy. He was extremely professional, attentive, patient and personable throughout my car buying process. It took 3 visits and 2 test drives before I finalized my car purchase decision, but I was always warmly welcomed by the receptionists and the other employees. I am very happy with my decision to purchase my first BMW from Stephen at the Greenwich dealership and I urge you to do the same, especially if you are tired of being ignored at some other car showrooms in the area like I was.
