My wife and I went to see all of the mid sized BMW models. We entered the showroom and was greeted by Gregg. He was unbelievably courteous and professional. We liked the fact that he wasn t pushy. We were offered a test drive. The staff was professional and accommodating. Again no pressure. We loved the car so much that we went to his desk and after some negotiation ended up leasing a beautiful BMW convertible. I had a lease return for a different brand coming up an needed a few weeks to handle. He waited graciously, without pressure and finalized our deal. There is no question that Gregg is an asset to this dealership an I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Sincerely, Paul Denicola
