This dealer's service departments only objective i...

This dealer's service departments only objective is to extract every dollar from a customer. I brought a 2015 5 series in with a bubble in the tire. David the service rep said it would take several hours so they gave me a loaner car. What a mistake to give him control of the car. He kept calling with new problems and asking if the car was shaking. I explained it was driving fine. After a few days there the total bill reached $1800 (plus they never called to tell me it was ready). I have zero confidence in the integrity of the bill and zero confidence in BMW of Greenwich. What I do have confidence in is that I will never return to the dealership either for service or to purchase a new vehicle. If you go there watch your wallet but i would recommend going to another dealership that you can trust. BTW Kristen the customer service manager at least tried to help and said they would review the bill. What did they offer to do? Fix my tire for free if I have a future tire problem. They charge me $1800 dollars and offer a potential tire fix on a potential future tire problem. Just silly to call that compensation.

My lease of a new 440ix was flawless and painless. I actually enjoyed the process! Joseph Conigilo was extremely helpful and professional with followup on everything that was promised, including touch up paint and navigation manual. There was no pressure, the car was special ordered and was ready weeks earlier than originally scheduled. I would definitely recommend Joseph and BMW of Greenwich and intend to lease my next BMW there.

*** After writing this review, I was contacted by the GM. He personally apologized for the experience I had gone through. I appreciate him taking the time to respond to my review, and he did what was in his power to do right by me. ***

I have been contemplating writing this review for a while and held off, but the longer I have the car, the more I notice the inconsistencies between what I purchased and what I was sold.

The service I received from BMW of Greenwich was not the premium experience I was expecting.

I placed a deposit on a used BMW contingent on my salesman bringing the car to a local shop to get checked out. What I uncovered was the vehicle had ~4k dollars in work that had to be done. The salesmen did not inform me of this, but rather after him telling me the vehicle was clean, I called the local mechanic that gave me the news. That process took ~1 month, BMW covered the cost.

When the car was delivered, the front window tint which was clearly taken off in a haste had sticky residue throughout the perimeter of the windshield, it is still present. As I have continued to drive the car, I notice the vents flaps to direct air are all broken and duck tape all around the undercarriage of the glove box. Also, deep scratches under the front license plate mount which they covered up using a license plate cover.

My registration took well over a month, BMW needed to provide me with not one but two commuter temporary license plates. Additionally, the 3rd party BMW uses to take care of this process is reaching out to me directly asking me to provide documents that I had already provided to BMW of Greenwich. Note, I paid a 500 dollar fee on top of the purchase price of the car for this process to be handled by them.

My salesmen was great, but getting in touch with him was a struggle, for every three times I phoned over two of them went to voicemail. The same is to be said about calling the actual showroom, the phone will ring and ring.

In the end, I don't see myself or someone if they were to ask me for a dealership recommendation to use/recommend BMW of Greenwich. To me, paying a few more dollars for the piece of mind to purchase from a prestigious brand in a prestigious town was a joke, and BMW of Greenwich got the last laugh.

John O'Keefe provided service well beyond anything...

John O'Keefe provided service well beyond anything I could have expected. After several weeks had passed since my last showroom visit I received a call from him to say that the 3 series I was thinking of had some new deals which I could not pass up. He delivered my car to me ahead of when it was promised, introduced me to what seemed like every person involved at the dealership, and made me feel very special the entire way. Thank you to John for making me realize that car salesmen aren't all of the stereotype I've heard about. I will be referring as many people to him as I can.

My boyfriend and I went there so he can look into a 2018 540i xDrive. We went in just for an estimate because he currently had a lease on a jeep. We left without the jeep and the 2018 540i xDrive! Alfred was amazing and they gave him a deal he couldn't refuse. Best experience at a dealership.

If you go ask for Alfred and you will leave with everything you want and more!

Had an excellent experience at BMW Greenwich, mostly due to the Sales Associate/Client Adviser, Tom Forte. Tom went back and forth with me over weeks via email once I found the certified car I was interested in. Had the car ready for me to drive when I arrived, was able to explain the features and process for purchasing and could not have been friendlier. He then waited patiently (about 2 weeks) for me to make my decision to come back in and see/drive the vehicle one more time. Once I decided to purchase, the entire process took about an hour and I was back in that afternoon to pickup. Tom and BMW Greenwich non-pressure sales made me feel like a member of the family and valued customer, rather than just another sales number (rare for the auto industry). I would absolutely recommend BMW Greenwich and Tom Forte, and hope to work with/purchase my families next car in the future from him and his team.

Everything! My sales associate was Tom Forte and he helped me build my dream car and placed an order. The car arrived in less than 3 weeks and all the process was taken care of. Rick Wan and his team insured that everything was ready on the delivery date and I literally did all the paperwork and delivery formalities in less than 30 minutes. All paperwork, registration, insurance, and even car license plate were ready on delivery date. I'm really impressed and in my opinion this is how your luxury car buying experience should be. Highly recommend them and their team for all your BMW purchases.

Hi All,

Let me start off with saying that I usually DO NOT write reviews, simply because I don't have time. However, this time I felt obligated to let all of you know that this place is NOT the place again NOT THE PLACE to service your car!

Example;
Two days ago i went to the dealer to do the diagnostics on my car due to computer malfunction. Long story short, they got the results and told me my transfer case was bad and i had to replace it! I asked about the price of the part and labor it came up to $3900. Told them to put the car back together and went home. I Went on google AND DID MY RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEM I WAS EXPERIENCING!!! HERE WAS THE SOLUTION TO MY ISSUE. ---->>IT WAS NOT a TRANSFER CASE that was bad IT WAS TRANSFER CASE MOTOR ($898 for a part not $3000) THAT WAS BAD THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED not transfer case itself. Bough the part myself at their store aka BMW, put two hours of my own time changed it on my back yard and saved $3100.
My conclusion? These guys have no clue what they are doing, in fact im still surprised they are still in business.They are extremely misleading as the above example illustrates. Whit that being said PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Better yet DO NOT buy BMW unless you feel like babysitting their mechanics.

P.S. If I were you I would go either to Darien or Mamaroneck but def. not Greenwich or as the call it Port Chester Center.

Tom Forte was a fabulous guy. You really got a sense he cared and he got to prove it along with his Sales Manager Peter. Tom was enthusiastic and informed when I was looking at cars but not pushy. When I came back with a decision to buy a BMW he was delightful. We had some issues with my new car and the dealer Tom and Peter bent over backwards to resolve the issue with no inconvenience to me. I have been so impressed with them it will be hard to buy another car that is not a BMW since that is what they sell and I feel indebted to them.

My experience in dealing with Alfred LaFata was fantastic!

I am located in Ohio and as you might imagine there are additional hurdles that come with a long distance purchase. Alfred was highly responsive providing me with his personal phone number and responding over the weekend and on his days off. I was purchasing a Porsche and Alfred arranged to get the car to the local Porsche dealership for the pre-purchase inspection.

Price was fair and there were no hidden "gotcha's" at the last minute.

When I arrived at the dealership to do my pre purchase drive everything was ready, everyone was friendly, no pressure in any aspect of the transaction.

Quality dealership, good people, and in particular Alfred is a great salesperson who called a few days after the sale just to "make sure I was happy"!

I give them my highest endorsement!

I had such an amazing experience here at the BMW of Greenwich. My client advisor Gregg Scott ensured that I would leave there beyond satisfied. When I walked in I had an idea of what I wanted but I still was uncertain. Gregg was very patient with me and willing to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.

I genuinely felt that he took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked extremely hard to find exactly what I wanted . After multiple test drives, spending time describing the benefits, and without worrying about closing time, Gregg and his manager made sure they spent as much time with me as needed. I was satisfied with my final choice . Professional, patient, and just a great person. All signs of great customer service!

I feel extremely grateful to have been paired up by chance with my client adviser, Gregg Scott. I was looking for my first "nice car" to treat myself and decided on a pre-owned 2015 BMW after years of driving junk cars and to celebrate my new job. Buying a car is a huge investment and I was initially terrified of the process and what could go wrong. I called to inquire about a vehicle I had saw online, and was connected with Gregg immediately. What a warm, funny and all around amazing person to work with. This is the first time I have ever bought a car on my own and the process from start to finish was actually easy! The day I picked up my vehicle, it was perfect and Gregg went above and beyond to make everything happen in a short amount of time. My family who came with me to test drive and see the car was very impressed with this dealership and how well they treat their clients. Everyone from Mike, the sales manager, to Rob DeFeo, the finance manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Recently, I ve taken my BMW to the resident Genius at dealership to help me understand better the dashboard features on my new BMW (Owner s Manual doesn't always explain a feature in a manner that I can understand without difficulty ....) For me, visiting the dealership for a fast hands on lesson from Ross (the Genuis ) is the best, most efficient way to figure out my car s many advanced tech features. Thanks to BMW of Greenwich and Tom Forte for putting us in not one but two great cars! We started out with the purchase of a used Audi that was in need of some cosmetic body work. BMW did the work in house, our expectations were exceeded and we were pleased with final product. While waiting to finish up paperwork for the Audi, we found a new BMW X1 demo on the lot that we were interested in. Tom searched and contacted us with several other options of the same car, but we ended up with our original choice. Thanks to Tom and Dimitri for getting us a great lease deal and to Marc for making the process simple. We will definitely recommend Tom and the team at Greenwich BMW!

Absolutely bad service, I dealt with Greenwich BMW for 1 year, I had to have all they work they did re-done, I am looking forward to bring them to court in NYS DMV , I sent over $11K with BMW of Greenwich and they DO NOT STAND BY THERE WORK................I will be posting may more post and pictures of there BAD work on my 2006 BMW 4.8is and the invoices and repairs I had to have done because of BMW OF Greenwich.............. This is the third purchase I ve made from Tia at BMW of Greenwich, note there are two other closer BMW dealers closer to me but the service I ve received each time not only exceeds expectations but is the best care buying experience I ve had. Tia is simply outstanding, if it weren t for her I d likely be driving another car or purchasing from a more convenient dealership. Now to be fair, she is supported by a fantastic team- Kristen the sales manager, and Joe the general manager all contribute to the experience and all three work very hard to earn my business. Visited the office 1 hour before closing on Friday, worked a deal with Al Shkreli and the manager. Picked up my car the next morning with 0 headaches and could not be happier. They gave me a great deal on my new (used) car, fair value on my trade which is rare! Do yourself a favor and buy your car at a franchise dealership like this one! Will be bringing my future business here. One more thing, all the staff was very attentive, the manager was funny and had me smiling the entire time.

very efficient getting me in and out of the dealership knowing I had a long drive home. Joe the GM has been very good getting in touch with me about a few minor issues and Al the salesman was also willing to pick
me up at the airport and had things ready to go when I got to the dealer. I would expect a certified vehicle to not have any issues which included a faulty tire pressure sensor, crack in the blinker guard and I just found a tear in the fabric in the stitching in the backseat. I m getting these issues fixed at my local dealership with the help of where I bought it.

This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun!

I bought a used car here, they lied about the stupidest things. They lied about cleaning slime out of the dash, and the tire sensor. The car had 2 broken tire sensors and a large tear in the soft top hidden by Velcro. I will never go here again. The alignment was off, but you only noticed on the highway. The Bluetooth and USB on the stereo are broken.

Recently got my M3 2018 from BMW Greenwich. Overall, the experience was good. Sales reps obviously are pushy and want you to addon everything extra. But I got my 1500 manufacturer rebate and 500 BMW membership reward after extended talks with a dozen different people.
The car is fantastic though, and I'd recommend checking them out if you're interested in getting a good deal on the best cars in the world.

Can't beat German manufacturing.

Had a situation with pickup, and left a review. BMW of Greenwich, quickly rectified the problem and told me that they would personally take care of the issue at my next service. Very Impressed and highly recommend them going forward.

I had a really good experience at Greenwich BMW. After shopping at several other dealers and getting the usual double talk it was great to talk to someone who gave me a good price without having to play games. My salesman was John O Keefe, he seemed to understand that I didn t want to waste time and he was a pleasure to work with. I recommend this dealer and John Highly.

Old lease was coming to an end and my old salesper...

Old lease was coming to an end and my old salesperson had left bmw for another career so I was paired with a new sales person. Tom Forte really took care of me and worked hard for me to get the best deal possible on a new lease and make sure I avoided any unnecessary charges related to my old lease. Entire process was super smooth and pleasant. Tom is a rock star. Within a week of ordering my car I brought my father in who also got a great deal on a new car. Overall very happy with the dealership and with their service center in Portchester.

Had another great experience at BMW Greenwich while leasing my new X3. Gregg Scott made the process easy, and he patiently answered all of my questions. He made sure I ended up with the exact car I wanted at a price that was fair. Rob DeFeo, Finance Manager and Ross Polishchuk, Product Genius both did a great job of completing the process and ensuring I had everything I needed before driving away in my new car! Highly recommend the dealership and this great team!

I drove from NY to CT to Greenwich BMW to look at a 2013 650i convertible to finance and trade in my 2009 335i convertible. I was disappointed and dishearted to see that the salesman would not even budge on the vehicles price despite it having scratches and chips on it. He even insisted and insulted me regarding the value of my trade in vehicle insisting thay my car was lowered when it was never modified at all. All 2009 335i convertibles seem lower to the ground if you look closely. At the end of our meeting I mentioned to him that I would like to do a 72 month finance payment option. He replied OK. I come home from the dealer to read an email from him saying he cannot do a 72 month payment option beacuse of the age of car. How come he didnt know this information prior? How come BMW sales staff are not acknowledging the fact that we are experiencing the toughest time in the history of the economy and not allowing and misinforming hard working customers like myself with things like 72 month payment options because of a cars age that is being sold in their lot. A shorter payment option would be detremental to any household during this pandemic if you can even realize what people are going through. I just feel let down and disappointed.

I had a great experience with Stephen Shaughnessy at BMW Greenwich. This was my first BMW car and not only did he but also the rest of the staff there treat us great without the "car salesman" stereotype hounding. Very accommodating, friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I have even weeks after I have purchased the car. I highly recommend this establishment, Stephen and BMW.

I had an amazing experience. Tia was a pleasure from start to finish. We got to test drive the car which was a fun experience. Even though our deal didn't finalize yet we have high hopes. My experience with BMW Greenwich was an EXCELLENT one. My sales person was Joe Coniglio. Joe was very helpful from the moment I walked in the place. He got me into a brand new 2015 535i Xdrive with every option I was looking for. A lot of sales guys are more focus on making a dollar instead of the happiness of the customer. Joe Joe went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this dealer for the simple fact Joe Coniglio is there. BMW Greenwich will be my be first choice every time for a new car as long as Joe is there. Thanks again for all your help Joe because of you I got exactly what I wanted.

Had a really great experience at BMW of Greenwich and I couldn't have a smoother process of buying my first car on my own without the help of such a great team! I had been searching for a particular model down to color, trim, and package and it was the last one on the east coast. I was keeping tabs on this car as I wasn't planning on getting a car right away. I had let time go and the car was sold! So disappointed, a few days later I received a call from Tom Forte, who I have been connecting with for the last two months about the car. He called and miraculously the previous sale never went through, and called me right away despite the many people watching the car. I live such a hectic schedule with work and don't live in the area but Tom was able to answer all my many questions and make me feel like my decision to purchase was the best yet. He never pressured me to buy but instead really looked out for what I wanted and needed. He's an old school sales guy and you can tell by the many awards he has on his desk you're making the right decision with him. Feeling confident in speaking with him even though we never met, We were able to finally meet and process the transaction very smoothly with the help of Jon Felder, who did whatever it took to negotiate such a great finance deal for me. The two of them, along with everyone working there were super friendly and accommodating I am beyond thankful for the team for my dream car! Definitely hope to do business with them again in the future and will recommend!!

Hmm, first my 3 series is, Jatoba Brown Metallic about 3 times according to (I m being nice by not naming you in this review) but.... It s actually platinum silver. Then Your not being realistic , You re feeling entitled all this followed by Don t take this to offense I get it you have a family to feed so you have to price the cars accordingly, but there is really no need to make someone feel so uncomfortable and out of place, I would ve actually put thought into the last number given but the deal had been well past over after the low key insults. I ve never been treated like this in BMW mamaroneck, Mount kisco, Park Ave.. And NO you are NOT a bmw fan, it clearly shows...

After a terrible experience at BMW Darien we decided to go to Greenwich. Patrick was great we were able to do the entire deal via email and phone. When I asked for photos he sent them right away. They were able to beat everyone s price and we were able to drive the car off the lot in a day.
