Came from out of state to buy a car, they ended up charging me New York sales tax instead of where I lived, because they said: "I don't want to chase you for owing us money." When I went back and paid taxes for my car and asked for the difference, they ignored me incessantly: the guy who sold me the car(Alex) and their "accounting" department. They still owe me $500. Disgusting conduct from a BMW dealership. Stay away from these thieves at all costs.
