Good hotel for the price range, but I wouldn't call it a 5 Star Hotel. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean. The couch and chairs had some stains on them.

The bathroom had a lot of mildew or mold growing on the walls in the shower and on the blinds by the bathtub. We found a cockroach in our bathroom on our last day there (just killed it and flushed it, no big deal).

The massage spa was really nice. It's quite pricey but that's to be expected and honestly it was worth it to not have to even leave the hotel.

The location is pretty great, walking distance to almost everything we needed. The elevators are pretty slow, and it's kinda frustrating waiting for everyone to swipe their keycards in order to select their floor.

The breakfast was fine, but I think it's too expensive. We did it on the first morning out of laziness but there's much better places nearby to have really good coffee and breakfast.

The room is a suite type with a kitchen, microwave oven, hot water pot, minimum cooking utensils and tableware, so the comfort is comfortable.
The location of the hotel is also close to the BTS NANA station, and there is a 7-Eleven on the west side of the building next to the west (it is hard to see because it is deep from the street), and although it is a place deep from Sukhumvit Road, I think the convenience is good.
Hotel breakfast buffet was satisfied because there were many assortments and the taste was delicious. The restaurant also offers a lunch and dinner buffet and discounts for hotel guests (payment can be done with the room number and settled at check-out). I ate Sunday brunch on Sunday (850B / person for hotel discount), but there are not many kinds of menu, but grilled shrimp that comes with one per person, river shrimp and prickly shrimp etc. I was very satisfied that I could eat as much as I wanted (there was also a carbohydrate menu such as visa and pasta, but I couldn't write my impression because I didn't eat seafood too much). It is unknown if this guest discount is ongoing as of November 2019.
It seems to be an old hotel, but it is kept clean including the room, and the hotel staff also has a good smile, and I would like to use it again if there is a chance in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights at Grand Sukhumvit Bangkok and were booking for such a stay again.

- The location is super central, it is very fast at the Sukhumvit and at the Nana station.
- The hotel is getting old, but clean and the bed is very comfortable.
- The staff welcomes you very friendly and authentic at any time.

Conclusion: For a good price and a few nights this hotel in the city is definitely recommended.

Being a regular guest at Grand Sukhumvit, the hotel and the staff has never stopped in suprising me. Hotel has always made me feel at home.
The hotel being very central and next to the metro is a plus.
The staff , the front manager and specially the hotel manager who goes out of the way to help if one has any doubt or problem. The hotel as always is clean and tide. The room service is prompt and very professional. The food in the restaurants is delicious especially breakfast with a huge variety of diffrent cuisine to choose from....
As mentioned it's a home away from home.
Their is nothing negative which I can think of commenting.
Good luck and keep up the good work.

The pamphlet was for Japanese language staff, but there was a staff who could speak Japanese only at the end of the check out because it was New Year. There was no problem in particular in the polite response in general.

This is the one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in.

Starting from checkin served by a welcome drink...

After smooth checkin process moved to a spacious room with all the facilities...

SUITE contains one lounge and one spacious room with spacious bathroom and cupboards...

View from the room is also good...

Everything includes light and airconditioned operated by single panel on side of your bed...

Pillow and bed is also very comfortable...

Best feature is the location... 100% perfect for nightlife lovers..

Little bit discomfortable for families when go out in the night due to red light areas... otherwise perfect for everything...

Halal food options are on every step ... so this is a good for Muslims... arabic street is also just opposite ...

There is nothing negative that i should suggest to improve ....

Recommended... but little high price...

terrible service

terrible service
When waving the car very badly We returned the parking ticket to the first guard, but the second guard ran to knock on the mirror of our car. When the mirror was shining, I said that I also returned the card. There is no rude voice. But there are other officers standing there, seeing we have returned the ticket. Shouted to say that the night When someone knocked on the mirror, there was no apology. If there is a negative score, hurry to press.

Beautiful hotel with incredible rooms and impeccable service in the best part of the city. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance was the cherry on top. Views from the top floors feel like you are in the heart of NYC.

Also highly recommend adding the breakfast option when you reserve your stay. They serve all you can eat breakfast in all three of their restaurants (including poolside) and it is a great way to start your day.

- defenitely not a 4 or 5* hotel any more

- defenitely not a 4 or 5* hotel any more
- the positive thing is the room size
- but rooms are run down, will defenitely need a refurbishment
- breakfast is average, not a real good choice and quality
- stayed there a several times ... but will not any more
- much better hotels around for the same price
