Environmental sanitation, good staff, kind and courteous

Not impressed with their service levels. Not at par with other Marriott hotels

I had a good memory of staying in a hotel deluxe room before, and I spent 3 nights in apartment 3 rooms for family trip. I did not clean the carpets, floors, etc., even though it was an apartment room, and there was even a cigarette case that someone might not have smoked in the shower robe. I did not want to stay again. It was not a 5 star hotel to stay in for a four-star hotel, which is what you need and does not feel uncomfortable.

City center 5* hotel, with cozy and well equipped, if smallish rooms, a very nice staff, every amenity one could want and a simply superb terrace top bar and dining. Has great atmosphere, location and grace. I love it.

highly recommends to tourists or just for business trip for staying in BKK.

Nice rooms. Bathroom with shower and bathtube and a window with nice view. Hotel has outside swimming pool. Gym is not big though it is equiped for whole body workout including weights. Nice Sky bar with great view and happy hours between 5 - 7 pm.

Great staff, rooms are nice. They let us check in early morning due to an early flight also. Food is good and the pool is nice. Having cocktails on the roof top is my favourite place in Bangkok and we have been there many times. Great views over the city, and great value for money during happy hour too.

Our visit was during Valentine s Day and the hotel seems to be at full capacity. With the Covid-19 measures and the lack of more staff, breakfast was very slow and limited. I appreciate the hardworking staffs and all the safety measures but overall experience still not memorable.

How can I put this, one of the best hotel stays I've had in recent times. The location is great, near a metro station so it's well connected. The Rooftop bar is amazing, a must visit, and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, they helped us out when we booked two separate rooms for three nights, by giving us a single room for all three nights. Would definitely stay here again. PS: take the high floors, the view of the Bangkok skyline is fantastic

The entrance - exit is not convenient. Especially the entrance and exit of the parking area, very limited

As you can make it out from the name. This place will not let you down on their service. Either conference arrangement or lunch preparation including dinner service are great. Food are tasty with a lot of variety to choose from. We rent the place for our conference of 60 + people. Everything is as expected.

Wonderful place, Expensive but it is worth it! Atmosphere is lovely, and the views across Bangkok are insane. A big fan of roof top bars, and this is the one to go to!

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! Luxurious and well maintained! Front desk, lobby very nice and above average friendly staff! Room clean and great design. Good location, great access to the skytrain and in the side streets you can also find food if you go outside for a walk.

I'm going to preface this review by mentioning that I am a long time Marriott member and have platinum status with them, so my experiences may differ a bit. I checked in at the Marriott Sukhumvit for an anniversary, and boy, they do not disappoint! We stayed in the deluxe suite which was quite nice and modern and had the usual spread of amenities found in the higher floor rooms. As we walked in, we were greeted by two towel swans forming a heart with their necks, a bouquet of roses, and rose petals strewn across the bed in a heart shape and the words anniversary spelled out. I'm used to them pampering their guests a bit, but I did not expect this at all! It completely made my wife's day, and as you know, a happy wife is a happy life! As far as the room goes, if you're a frequent road warrior, you know what to expect in terms of comfort. The pillows and bedding are always great, and the mattress was soft without lumps. I sleep like a baby in Marriott beds usually, so no complaints here other than being too comfortable. We almost missed breakfast! Their executive lounge has a great view of the city and a great place to catch the sunset over drinks and dinner. I'm glad that their executive lounge is open 7 days a week here from 6 am til midnight. Usually, the lounge is only open for the first half of the week at some other Marriott properties. They also have a spa, gym, infinity pool, jacuzzi, and features the octave bar on the roof which is quite a popular bar. It's a great place to come early to and get a table before the sun begins to set. You can then enjoy your drinks as the sun sets with your boo nuzzled up against you! Overall, I have very much enjoyed my stay and will be back soon! The staff are always terrific and go out of their way to meet your needs. Have fun!

Fancy rooftopbar. Expensive, with silly deephouse music that youngsters 'should' like. Mega views over the city, and best of all: no dresscode. If they would hire a dj who plays classic 80's disco songs it would be 5 star+ :)

Great hotel. Clean rooms and room service was great. Location is just near Thong Lo station which means most of Sukhumvit is accessible and a short walk away. Views were great and the staff even did a romantic turndown service as pictured.

Highly recommended beautiful view! Keep in mind that the place is a bit expensive. For everything we ordered another 10 percent of the hotel 7 percent tax and another 10 percent service. It is necessary to add another 27% to every drink / dish!

Room is comfortable and breakfast was great.
I got the two bedroom suite but the living room is very small for a suite.

Lovely rooms, lovely pool. Upgrade to the executive level, it's worth it for free laundry, shoe shine, breakfast, happy hour, and all day snacks. Gym can get crowded.

Marriott has always been one of the best hotels. I have checked-in at around the world. Their prices are reasonable and services on par if not the best with other hotels around the world. Their buffet nights are some of the best too, which cannot be matched. Got a chance to eat Crocodile pepper steak at this location without having to break the bank.

Come for the view. It s one of the best views for a rooftop 360 panoramic from virtually any table. Crowds gather fast and service is spotty so have your crew pre-drink as to keep the party going!

I do not have the feeling that I have to emphasize the five star again. It seems that I was very careful about the interior, and there are some service workers who fill the water and remove the dishes, so I feel that they receive high quality service in a very luxurious place.

price
1,250 baht for two people. I do not know if this is a discount, but the people around me said it was 1,000 baht per person.
Once you come to the conclusion, the buffet meals are not as cheap as they are at good prices with good ingredients and good atmosphere.

interior
Interior is all right. I was able to eat a comfortable and tasty meal using beige, brown, black-like warm colors + dull colors = woody series. But there was only one thing that was a pity. It was regrettable that the inside of the restaurant was so dark in the evening.

menu
Mainly meat and fish-based dishes, mostly Thai and Western foods. Desserts include cakes, sweet desserts, and Boy's eyes fruit, watermelon and traditional Thai sweets in our buffet.
For reference, the steak that is shown to be a full-bodied stall in the sidewalk in the seat you are sitting on,
[Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Weldon] tells you how much you want to grill, and if you wait at your seat, you will get it.

Sightseeing point
5 star hotel .. accommodation. It's money, but ...
It is a romantic and luxurious place, so I would like to enjoy it as a noble and make a happy trip.

I was not interested in the hotel itself.
I thought Ashley was the best quality buffet.
Now it is not ... Here it is.

The hotel is large, luxurious, but the parking is narrow.

There are many choices of lunch, delicious, reasonable price, good atmosphere.

Very close to the MRT. How to run is very convenient. The only drawback is that the air is too cold.

Just 2 mins walk from the closest BTS thong lor station. very convenient as most attractions are located along the BTS line. ie the sky train. The hotel has an awesome rooftop bar. buffet choice was alright. not abundant but good enough. like their fresh juice a lot
