The staff are very polite and welcoming. My husband, father-in-law, and I had a 2hr massage at the spa here and it was perfect. 1,000 baht is more than I've ever dreamed of paying for a massage but it was worth it. The pool is also spectacular. And the bed! Oh man I wish I could take it home.
This place is expensive but I think worth the price.

It's a great Accorhotels hotel. The location and price are perfect, talking about the decency and the amenities providing. Though the furniture is quite old gives a feeling of an old luxury home.

There is a staff who can speak Japanese.
There is no problem at all as it is in English for others.
Breakfast is very delicious no matter which you eat at the buffet
As it is a 1-minute walk to the station, it is easy to go anywhere.

First, it takes about 3 minutes from Nana Station.
Guest rooms are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms and are divided by the number of floors.
I think the swimming pool is small, but I played without circles. Satisfied.
I was very satisfied with the kindness, even in front of the lobby
Taxi often pass and always 1 tuk-tuk taxi
I'm waiting for you
Breakfast was very different. Except for breakfast, it is really recommended.

Almost all staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the BTS skytrain and quite lively. Maybe too close to Nana.

The room's cleanliness is a disaster. There are stains all over the room, walls, curtain, floor, bathroom floor, bathtub, sofa, windows, etc. Close to a level of disgust, let alone that this is all happening in a five-star hotel. Breakfast place's cleanliness was also very low with often dirty tables with food spilled everywhere. The breakfast content was not good either.

The services indeed satisfies a 5-star hotel: 24-hour helpful reception, all-day room service, concierge, overstaffed, etc but quality-wise I would seriously say it is somewhere between 2 and 3 star hotel.

And I stay in this hotel the worst week coz I can't cancel my booking it was none refundable

The hotel was a little old.

The hotel was a little old.
The door of the drawer containing the refrigerator creaked, and it was uncomfortable to open and close frequently.
Breakfast is a little stale. There are 4 different types of fruit, but I didn't know what it was except for watermelon and pineapple.
I think the location is good... I think I can stay for the price again...

The pamphlet was for Japanese language staff, but there was a staff who could speak Japanese only at the end of the check out because it was New Year. There was no problem in particular in the polite response in general.

Just checked in.. check in process was quick and smooth with good front office staffs services. But the room needs improvement. It looks outdated all over...more comments to follow...not impressed with room.. first impression is not so good. ..

This is a review of a massage shop in the hotel.

I made a reservation after listening to the explanation in the lobby.
There were so many massage shops just going out in front of the hotel, and the first two days I received it outside, and I was very satisfied.

Since the cost of personal service is low, even a hotel that is twice as expensive as the outside would be able to challenge it, so the two made a reservation.

I recommended the hotel shop that it was clean even if I asked other staff. The idea of doing so came in, and a complete difference was revealed in the process.

They confirmed the reservation at the entrance and made them wait for a while while drinking tea.

In the midst of quiet, two people dressed in conquest came and guided them to the place where they washed their feet.

I moved to a separate space and received a cool massage so that calm music flowed and quietly and not exposed to other people.
He was short in English, but there was no difficulty in communicating what he wanted, and I felt comfortable, clean, and comfortable.
If it's only the satisfaction of being cool outside, there was even the comfort that made me focus and rest.

The essential massage skills were also very good.
There is also a bit of bokbulbok outside, but here I feel that it is above the standard

Even after the massage, it was nice to give time to breathe away and wait invisible.

Hot tea, sweets, even water...

It was doubled, but it wasn't a waste at all, and I thought I should do it again at the hotel.

If the flight is late on the day of checkout,
After enjoying swimming more and getting a massage,
It seems that you can enjoy the leisure of leaving for the airport after washing and resting.

First trip to Bangkok and hotel stay, so no real reference to compare with, but great service, and best sleep I've ever had. Get a room on a high floor and enjoy a spectacular view of grand Sukhumvit and surrounding areas. Look out for buffet deals, ranging between 700-900 baat. Room stay in delux, 700 baat per night.

Positives

Positives
Breakfast is excellent and varied, praise be to God, but I noticed the abundance of pork spread all over Thailand's hotels, and Muslim families should be careful about the sausages and mortadella.
- The hotel is close to Arab Street, equivalent to two minutes walking, and the point is considered negative and somewhat positive, so that it is useful for those who wish to walk to a hospital in Mangrad (American) or Arab restaurants, but not good because of its proximity to Arab Street and the large number of bars and bad appearances on the street, especially if you have children .
- The presence of a water bidet in the bathroom.
- Fast service at the hotel by the staff (such as laundry and Roman Service).
- I booked a family suite consisting of a room, a bathroom, and a hall with its kitchen, and it was large and clean.
- The presence of Gulf TV channels such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Jazeera News, Al Arabiya and Saudi news ... etc.
- The presence of a swimming pool, a massage center, and a reservation office for trips.
- The safety is high in the hotel, and you need a room card to use the elevators.
The air conditioning is excellent.

Negatives:-
- The hotel has a good overall appearance, but its furnishings are a bit old.
- The presence of an air freshener smell (a can of industrial spray perfume sold in the supermarket) with a high rate in the lobby and causes inconvenience
- The biggest problem and the most annoying thing in the hotel is the poor flow of water during the shower (the problem was in ward No. 3216, and I don t know if it was in other rooms), meaning if you put the faucet in the middle, it would be warm and suddenly it would be hot, then it would come back and put the faucet on the blue and it would be warm from New and suddenly it changes and becomes cold, in short, in a problem with the propulsion system and pipes, and the water changes its spirit from hot to cold and vice versa.

Had to wait for 3 hour post arrival and check in time to get our rooms. In replacement wouldnt allow late check outs for the rooms. One room has nothing but 2 single beds. Smoking rooms only given to non smoking people.

We stayed here on our last day in Thailand before flying back home and I'm glad that we did. They were fully booked on our original room so we got a free upgrade to a premium suite which was awesome. The room had a good sized bed and a bathroom we were happy with. The full hour body message that the hotel offered was an amazing way to relax our bodies and minds before a long day of travel ahead. Although the service was a little expensive compared to all the street message parlors it was well worth it because of the cleanliness and staff.

The staff was very friendly and spoke great English too. Jenny was particularly polite and helpful when we contacted the hotel on the phone prior to our visit. When we arrived Mimi did a great job during check-in and answered all our questions about the place.

My one negative review on the place was the free breakfast. We arrived to eat at 10:00am and most the food was already cold. The french toast in particular was really soggy/stale and I couldn't take more than a bite. And to make matters worst they kicked us out at 10:30am on the dot to prepare the restaurant/seating for lunch. We felt really rushed to say the least. I would advise showing up to breakfast early when you visit.

Overall we had a great stay and loved the room. Thank you for everything!

Very close to the station, I think the location is good. However, the price is old and the existing towels are old. Amenity shampoo is also Rinsui Shampoo, and we are staying with two people, but there is only one shampoo body soap and lotion. And, it is older than I thought. I wish it was a little cheaper.
