Don't expect luxury here - the rooms are worn and dirty. Tiles smoked in the bath and mold on the walls of the bath (stains on walls, cabinets and dirty mirrors and windows - Come on !. Beautiful outside and in the lobby - but the rooms are fugly. However, it is located at Nana station with a skytrain.

Excellent location to the sky train if you wish to use and get around town. Also walking to some interesting night life and good restaurants and quality hotels. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The included breakfast is more of a brunch offering all kinds of breakfast and lunch items. The pool is relaxing with little sun and the spa service is complete. If there s a pandemic, they ll check your temperature for their security.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location, only minutes walk to Nana BTS station.

This is a pretty good hotel and decently priced for what it is. Very central location and just steps from Nana Plaza. The rooms are pretty big and remind me of an apartment with the kitchenette and separate TV area.

The place used to be 5 stars, it s aging and the aging shows. Otherwise no trouble at all. Breakfast buffet is a B+

Loved my stay here - we were upgraded to a full suite that was fully furnished as an apartment. The pool was nice and the spa was great with very reasonable prices! Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Located in a very central area in Bangkok, Grand Sukhumvit Hotel has great facilities and very good service.

Good value for money with a good location just off sukhumvit. Red light district next door though so be warned !

Very big hotel with comfortable suites. Staff are friendly and professional. Beautiful pool area but not well located, gets little sunshine due to surrounding buildings. Kitchenette in suite was not well appointed.

Hotel at great location. Rooms are great as well is the nearby street area. Great restaurant nearby, can even get indian food, if one wants to.

This home for me whenever in Bangkok. It is renovated, pool is so relaxing, it is location. Breakfast buffet now in three places, tried basil this morning, smaller than orchids, but quite, wish they had more thai food. Basil should have a prefixe meals for singles, portions are big. Going to terminal 21 to eat for one. Hope Marriott does ruin this sheraton line. And with a 2hr massage across the street for less than $20 it us the land of smiles. Oh contrary to the riots and boom I mean bomb tourism is back for the bargain that you are missing. I am relaxed and feeling soooo good, it's more than loyalty the service, the staff, management, the food, the rooms it's what you wish other places you have been should be. Well done.

Location is very good. The hotel is an old one renovated recently. For a budget hotel is a good choice but if you're looking for luxury or a 4/5 star I will not recommend. Breakfast buffet was average.

This hotel was really good. I couldn't find any flaws in this hotel other than the pool being small. This hotel is close to a small grocery store so you can go and buy whatever you want. The service done by the staff in the hotel are really good. The food is also really good there. I only had breakfast there since it was complimentary. I did not give 5 stars for this hotel because the pool was small. When I saw a photo, the pool seemed to look big but actually it was small, so don't get deceived by the photo. Other than the pool the hotel was really good. It is also close the metro railway so you can access other parts of the place easily. I will easily recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Bangkok.

We ve got upgraded room. It was spacious and quite nice. Location was good. But i did not like pool. It was so small and i had to go through parking lot. Decorations from lift to pool was horrible.

Hotel a little dated, but comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Professional staff. Its located in the centre of the city. Walkable to the nearest metro station. I found rooms are clean and Rate is also reasonable. Swimming pool can be improved. Too much of chlorine in the water. Over all it is great experience.

My family and I stayed at Grand Sukhumvit from July 5, 2019 until July 10, 2019. Upon checking in, our room was upgraded and the hotel employees were very nice and helpful. However, I had a bad experience with the food.

I had a seafood dish, consisting of green shells and shrimps, served during breakfast on July 10 around 10:00 at the hotel restaurant. I already felt that the seafood was not fresh enough but I proceeded to finish what I took.

We left hotel between 12:15 and 12:30 and arrived at Don Mueang airport around 13:00 for the flight at 17:10. At 13:15, I had nausea and developed severe abdominal pain. I then vomitted many times, had diarrhea a few times and was lying helplessly. Medical team came to help me who was still lying down on the ground around 14:30 and immediately sent me to the clinic on the first floor.

The doctor suspected that I got food poisson and gave me a few medicines. As I didn't eat anything after breakfast until this incident, my hubby and I suspected that this was due to the consumption of seafood dish at the hotel restaurant. We fortunately caught the flight in time.

Good location, rooms were fantastic, was way too busy and the stuck down a dodgy side road that some taxi drivers found difficult to find. Staff were helpful and attentive

Very Old and kinda dirty. All for a superior apartment. It's that kind of hotel where autocars with loud tourists comes ( those kinda tourist that don't choose for themselves ;). Plus, at breakfast they don't have a real coffee, only some powder... Definitely doesn't worth the money. I'm not giving it 1 star so people will still read this comment, otherwise, 1 star was it.

Good location close to nana bts station. Walk about 10 minutes under hot sunshine of bkk. Of course you are definitely sweating. Hotel is in very shape. Need a lot of renovation.

I have happy to receive the upgrade of room. Thanks for upgrade. I think the hotel improve it housekeeping as my room was not clean at 3 pm when i return to my room. In additon the toiletries provided can't compare with other accor 5 stars hotel. Accor might want to think to downgrade the stars given. Some example there is no shoes clothes, comb , shaver kit..i think some of the things are upon request. Shoes clothes definately not there as i requested it.

Great location just 2 min walk from nana bts ... Courteous and very cooperative staff at reception especially miss Sandra..... The staff are always smiling and very helpful even when we saw large groups checking in.... Rooms are modern with good facilities.... Swimming pool size is adequate with max depth of 1.5 m....also has inbuilt jets at certain places.... Has in house massage and spa chargeable and we could not use due to tight schedule.... Overall very nice stay and would definitely recommend staying for anyone

It was on the 10th floor, but there must be no ants, like a mosquito.

Excellent rooms and food was also not bad.. However it lacks seafood which is a real let down for me.

Amazing warm friendly superb place to stay and dine. Great experience one touch controlled rooms, superb views. Amazing food including Indian dosa, chhole and puris. The concierge service is great. Wifi is super fast and free. Bathrooms are clean and good flow of water. Overall a great experience.

Pool area: needs sweeping loads of staff in foyer none maintaining pool environment

Staff: very friendly don t expect good English. I was sick for a week and staff arranged doctor to visit which was amazing.

Centrally located and a short walk away from the BTS. The rooms are spacious and in OK condition, and our room had a kitchenette. A 7/11 are conveniently located a 3 min walk away.

Just like regular 5 star hotels. Breakfast area too small.

Room was okay, but the walk from Nana station to the hotel doesn't feel safe while I was with my girlfriend. We get stares especially during the evening time.
