Both the location and the accommodation are clean and the staff friendly

Excellent rooms, superb service, delicious breakfast and variety of cuisines. Just need to update the hotel rooms with latest technology.

Had to wait for 3 hour post arrival and check in time to get our rooms. In replacement wouldnt allow late check outs for the rooms. One room has nothing but 2 single beds. Smoking rooms only given to non smoking people.

Enjoyed my extended stay at this Hotel.. It's convenient location is its important USP..Rooms are spacious and well appointed.. Breakfast is great, serves a range of tastes.. The in house cafe serves beautiful snacks and pastries, that will delight you more after 5:30 PM because then they cost you 50% less..

Very nice place, charging wifi uses in room, free in lobby.

Pleasant setting, near the center and a metro station.

It is close to the station and the staff is friendly. Breakfast Breakfast buffet is served well.

Hotel clean enough but I think it needs renovation. Inside the room, old furniture, without a balcony and without being able to open the windows to let the air circulate. The bathroom with 1800's facilities

The place is convenient it has 7-11 just next door and the massage Parlors being one of the low class but bloody good.

Hotel restaurant for breakfast to be improved tremendously! Not much options Sadly I did not take photo however if u are dining in then you will realize.

The rooms to be at least maintained like you see the doors are like faded!

If u ask will I stay here again maybe yes but if have other option of Novotel or something sure to see. As the benefits of Accor member is surely available that I believe is not available here to maximum.

Anyway In other aspects of not related to Accor membership it s good place.

The hotel is divided into a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen next to the living room is a residential hotel. It feels great overall and is close to the MRT station for five minutes.

Our room was on 33 floor with beautiful views. Furniture in the room was so low to the ground that you need to roll on a floor and then get up from the floor. This was hilarious, I hope furniture designer will be punished by have such sofa in his own house.....otherwise it was ok.

Centrally locates Hotel. But just be sure to avoid the tour buses

Comfortable, lovely bed & pillows. One thing spoiled the experience. The room, curtains & linen reeked of cigarettes. We complained but all the hotel did was come in and spray air freshener.

Great! Certainly a bit old but the great team and the super service make up for it. Free update to a better room because my room was not yet free. Great bathroom with tub. 2 huge flat screen televisions. German TV program. Aircon clean and quiet. Very central, area with excellent restaurants, right on BTS Nana. The bed was great, everything was pretty clean. All soundproofed, I could sleep like a baby.

Most of the guests are from China, which makes staying here uncomfortable because they make noise late at night while coming and going other rooms with the doors slammed, and they yell in the elevators, also no manners in the restaurant.

I stay this hotel very nice easy to reach center of the city .....

A bit old but comfortable and clean. WiFi works fine.

Food on the buffet list is very small. Employees do not care for customers There are no chefs to watch food counters that must be served hot.

The price was alright and it was a bit old but the bed was comfortable and comfortable. I went to safari with a tour request from the hotel's first floor because I went to Bangkok without a reservation in advance. And compared to the 4th floor massage local, the price is a little bit, but I received it satisfactorily. After going twice, I received it luxuriously with a 3-hour course.

Great accommodation in the center of the city. Very nice ambiance. Awesome poolside. The food was good. Staff who were around were really friendly and kind. Very appreciative as well. The room was adequate and very nice. Felt extremely happy staying here.

We ve got upgraded room. It was spacious and quite nice. Location was good. But i did not like pool. It was so small and i had to go through parking lot. Decorations from lift to pool was horrible.

Terrible and failed to deliver proper services! "Accor" means nothing!

Staff was very good and spoke English well. Room was neatly organized, ceiling was high, and convenience was good. The amount of hot water in the shower was perfect, and there was no problem using the faucet of the shower and bathtub at the same time.
There is air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, and it works very well.
Unfortunately, the pool was not used because it was not beautiful.
In recent years, there have been a lot of Chinese, especially in the breakfast hall, where bad manners are noticeable. If you finish early, you can eat better.
Seven-Eleven is a 5-minute walk away. It is important to note that alcohol cannot be purchased during the hours other than 11:00 and 14:00. There were many bars in the neighborhood and it was noisy, but I couldn't hear anything because it was a room over 20F.
Check-out is at 12:00.

I just had Christmas dinner there, but I was really impressed. They had turkey, seafood, lamb, cheese, a pasta bar and all the typical desserts from at least 4 countries. They also had some Christmas music to enjoy during the meal. It was a very nice setting.

The hotel has spacious rooms and the bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness is 8/10, and there is a shattaf, may God bless you in the bathroom, and the breakfast they have is not satisfactory. Most of the food is Asian and there is a restaurant that has a buffet for lunch or dinner, seafood is not limited in quantity and the price for the person staying in the hotel is 799 baht, and inside the hotel there is a coffee shop and some facilities as a whole A hotel such as a health club, a swimming pool, etc. As for the hotel s location, it is located on Street No. 6 in the Sokovit area and close to Arab Street (Street No. 3). About 7 minutes walk by crossing through Street 4, but this street has many bars and discos and what accompanies them from scratching of modesty and the best crossing From the back street that is located on the right at the exit from the hotel and not the left, which is the direction of Street No. 4 aforementioned, and this street connects you to the Nana train station, knowing that there is an office to organize trips and another note, most of the residents are Asians from Korea and China

Hospitality is excellent .Nice location. But bathroom accessories is not enough.
