Customer service from this company is the worst. B...
Customer service from this company is the worst. Been trying g to get someone to help me for 2 days, all calls go to the Philippines And they REFUSE to send you to a US rep. They all claim they are the highest person and they don t answer to anyone higher.
Got a Karma drone Christmas night, charged it overnight. Before using it I HAD to do all the downloads, which failed a few times. Finally got it flying and it was smooth, was planning on stopping so bringing it back to me when all of a sudden it whipped out of control and into the side of the house. I have all my video except that showing how smooth the flight was. When I called, I was in the phone for 120 plus mins giving details and pictures only to have them ask for the flight data, which you guessed it, would not download, took 5 tries and they still can t get it. Something is wrong and they are refusing to replace it. Spent 1400.00 and got 10 min with of flight. Funny thing, turn the controller on again to try and download the flight plan, there is another update. How can that be? Just downloaded everything beige it would fly.
So all I am asking for is a replacement due to something wrong with the controller, and no one is willing to help.
