Horrible support. Never shipped preorder and just keep.giving the run around for why my replacement order next day took 5 days to get here. And to think this is how they earn customers back from DJI with the hero 8. I'll take a chinese company that ships on time, and delivers as promised with customer support that is for the customer over a "US" company that cant even provide an English speaking chat rep
