Can't reach corporate office phone. They allow their customer support folks to handle issues without any corporate oversight. Agent refuses to transfer call to a manager. They promise that a manager would call back within 24 hours. It took them 5 days. They would note on the case file that case was resolved but when in fact, they haven't even made contact with customer. Manager stated in an email that he has been trying to get ahold for me, but phone call log indicated that there were no such attempts. Agents refuse to provide corporate contact. They will claim that they have not been provided with that information. What are they hiding from their own corporate office. I have never seen such incompetent frontline people. If GoPro does not fix this, they will lose a lot of customers to the competitor. Since I am stuck with this Karma, my next purchase will NOT be a GoPro.
