So sorry I purchased Go Pro products. Their customer service people do not give any straight answers and are barely understandable. They are in the Phillipines. I bought 6 Session cameras. after once or twice being used,they no longer work. I wanted to send them back to Go Pro to have them repaired(at my expense) The guy on the phone Josh would not give me a return address to send them to. i AM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER BRAND" Monster Vision makes a better camera at a lower price and its work better and easier to use. I have over 10,000 dollars in Go Pros and accessorys. This company could care less. I am done with Go pro.
