GoPro customer support is non-existent. Ordered a camera and never got it - damaged by UPS. Spent two weeks contacting GoPro support. They don't give ETAs for replacement shipping, cannot give any status updates. I'm out $300 and don't have my camera.

Stay away from ordering from them.
