My business was removed from google maps listing after making it in to the 3rd spot. All other business in my category disappeared too except the guys that have been in the top 3 for years, now they are the only 3. My phones have gone dead. As a tow truck service we rely heavily on maps results as people are searching from a mobile phone while stuck on the roadside in most cases. I have spoken to someone a couple times to get answers that don't line up with the facts in my situation, sent in several emails and gotten no response. Customer support in India is giving text book answers.

UPDATE! Google did right. It took them 8 months, but they are finally fixing the wrong. I was just informed that Google is sending me a new Pixel XL in exchange for the 6p. This is nothing more than a bad experience with the NEXUS 6p. I have been a supporter of google since I could use google (I am young). I have been with the nexus line of phones with the nexus 4, Nexus 5, and now the Nexus 6p. I feel like google has been losing the support of their NEXUS line little by little the last few devices. With the new Pixel line of phones I was thinking of upgrading when my Nexus died. As of today my Nexus has died, a mere 13 months from purchase date. Isnt that weird... my warranty ends at 12 months. My Nexus is doing the whole shut off around 20% or in the cold trick. I am a snowplow driver and my cell phone could be life or death. My trust in Googles devices are now around the same level as Microsoft devices. (oooh burn google. lol) ( oh wait.. this is no laughing matter) (Possible death...) Anyways the Purpose of this lengthy and probably obnoxious post is that maybe, just maybe i will get a little support from Google before i jump ship. AKA Ghasp... IPHONE..

A lot of google employees don t know that the dinosaur actually belong to personally to an SGI founder. It s name is Edgar, not Stan.. It was sold with the building s to Goldman Sachs. They in turn turned around and saw the buildings to Google.

Getting around the Google Headquarters Campus is exciting and not for the faint of heart. I once made the mistake of coming to the main campus thinking that I could take meetings in person at various different buildings -- I ended that day rather sore and exhausted.

Of course, while running about I did find many exciting things, like the 8-person conference bikes, a T-Rex skeleton decorated with flamingos, and android sculptures of every shape, size, and color.

I use my gmail account a lot (as i email myself lots of files and use them a lot) and several times in the past day they have disabled my account due to "suspiciously high levels of activity". Honestly google, a lot of people complain about this, why can't you just disable it? It drives me crazy and a lot of others as well. Im honestly considering using something other than gmail because of this dumb feature. Please disable this google, or you will lose customers.

I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Palizban while he served as my realtor. Bruce patiently worked with me and my wife through a very complex transaction. Bruce quickly responded to phone calls and texts I would send his way. Even though my choice of a home was 40 miles away, Bruce volunteered his weekends ( and sometimes week days ) to take us and show us the homes. google support for gsuite is horrible. I have been frustrated because I can t send emails from a premium account. I called support 3 times and every time they say to wait 24 hrs for the changes to take place. They know that I m frustrated by the 24 hr wait periods. I guess marcel is a supervisor and thought he would have some fun at my expense. So he emailed me to say that he will help me. I got excited and emailed back with a number I can be reached at. He then emails me back to say that he is busy but he has forwarded my ticket to another dept. I should hear something back within 24 hrs .... lol .... good one gsuite. If you spent as much time correcting problems as you do creating them then you might have happier customers. I will copy and paste the last mail from Marcel.

I do no like that you make changes to your web bow...

I do no like that you make changes to your web bowser and email without giving me the option to retain the old version. I despise that you have partnered up with one of the most notoriously poor customer relations Kabam...their computers stated that I paid $49.90 for some of their game items only I paid $99.90 and they refused to look at the screen shots I provided to prove to them the error. And lastly I will most likely leave gmail as every few months you have hackers from China trying to get into my account then I have to change my password why can t you stop the hackers before they even get to that point? I do not like that I am FORCED to change my password.

Can't ever contact anyone. Google has no customer service. This is the result when you hire a majority of your staff from west coast cities that have no idea how the rest of the country actually works. Their staff is oblivious to how anyone outside of a large metropolis can have difficulty accessing any of their psudo-online support on a slow dsl or dial up internet connection. The term "scroogle" is very accurate!

Sorry Google, I've given up using your pointless report feature as you never seem to bother or reply to a business's concern, but are so quick to take the dolla' for Adwords, API and all the other stuff we use from you. Now you too can feel how it is to get a pointless 1 star review.

DON'T GO SOLAR UNTIL YOU TALK TO RIC. Seriously. Or you will be like some of my friends who tell me, "I have Solar and I'm not impressed." Well, I found out why.

Those that were not impressed had a system installed that is under-producing. Why? Because a salesman presented solar solution not based on the customer's needs but based on making the customer say YES to the proposal. So the customer sees a price that is affordable in comparison to what he is paying the power company, has it installed and finds out that the system does very little for him. He may not even know that he is "under system" and goes on thinking that that's what solar is. I've seen houses bigger than mine with half the panels on the roof. Why?

RIC SAVES THE DAY. A popular super big company tried doing that to me. Yes, I as was excited and looked forward to getting the system until I came upon Ric. he showed me on charts and formulas that I was going to get a system so small, I probably would have been disappointed. And what made my blood boil, was that Ric's proposal was almost identical in price as the other company. Also, the equipment I get is well known North American manufactured panels.

Ricardo is a no-nonsense person and thinks of your needs first. His advice is clear and honest. Don't be surprised if you feel like Ric is holding your hand through each phase of the installation. He promptly returns your calls. You deal with him from start, to finish, to post-installation. What more can I ask for? The other company used a call center to answer my questions. A different person every time I called, who pretended they knew me personally and only told me what was on their computer screen.

Thanks to Ric, my system is designed to accommodate my changing needs for years to come.
