I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Palizban while he served as my realtor. Bruce patiently worked with me and my wife through a very complex transaction. Bruce quickly responded to phone calls and texts I would send his way. Even though my choice of a home was 40 miles away, Bruce volunteered his weekends ( and sometimes week days ) to take us and show us the homes.
