google support for gsuite is horrible. I have been frustrated because I can t send emails from a premium account. I called support 3 times and every time they say to wait 24 hrs for the changes to take place. They know that I m frustrated by the 24 hr wait periods. I guess marcel is a supervisor and thought he would have some fun at my expense. So he emailed me to say that he will help me. I got excited and emailed back with a number I can be reached at. He then emails me back to say that he is busy but he has forwarded my ticket to another dept. I should hear something back within 24 hrs .... lol .... good one gsuite. If you spent as much time correcting problems as you do creating them then you might have happier customers. I will copy and paste the last mail from Marcel.
