With regard to the Keller Williams Chervenic Stow Ohio Office. We recently went through this agency to sell our house and I have to admit that I am seriously disappointed in the agent Ken W. we used and the agency. The contact for showings was impersonal and at least one of the showings was completely messed up, when we spoke with the agent we were told they would sort it out in the morning, not much of an answer. The agent literally did nothing for us, we were told that if we choose to list with Keller William's the house would be posted online within a couple hours, instead it 1- 1/2 later. Our agent showed up for nothing, he was to "busy" for literally everything to do with our house showings, inspection everything. We had no real communication from our agent or even responses from our agent.
I would honestly say after this experience I am severely disappointed in the service and I do not feel comfortable buying or selling another house with Keller Williams.

I visited KW for work related meeting. The reception staff and people in general we're very accommodating

Do I have to give them even one star? Worst company ever. I have had 3 experiences with this company and all have been horrible!

On top of it all, everytime a homes for sale list is created, Keller Williams gives every agent at every branch the same list, typically it's new realtors who use it. So I have about 25 new realtors calling me day and night to get my listing. They are uneducated and say the most ridiculous things and call non-stop.

Today I have had it and will file with the FTC as well as BBB. Trust me the harassing phone calls are nothing compared to their inept agents. This company is a joke.

This company as well as their agents and franchisees lack integrity. Nobody should ever do business with anybody affiliated with KW ( Keller Williams)

They will help you find a place for your home or work anywhere in the world. I don't think that includes antarctica. Don't quote me on that

Did some work there and everyone I encountered was very friendly

For my first house buying experience, I thought the realtor from here was pretty decent

They are great to work with and have a great staff! So kind and caring and really worked hard to make the buy and sell of our homes quick and painless for us and the owners and potential buyers of our homes. They are so sweet and very easy to reach when you are like me and have TONS of questions! I would recommend them to ANYONE in the area looking to buy or sell their home!

If/when I need a realtor it won't be Keller-Williams! Way to aggressive!! Had to run two of them out of my yard today on Tejas Trail.

I got a call from a Keller Williams realtor this morning asking me if I would like to come to an open house in my neighborhood today. I asked her if she was kidding me? I asked if she watched the news? I was in sheer disbelief that she was calling people to gather this weekend. What is wrong with people?

May be a good company but Sweet Rojas is terrible. My wife did a staging for her and it took months to get paid. She felt sorry for her and helped her again with another staging. After many request for payment or partial payment nothing. She is a deadbeat and Keller Williams should do more to promote a better image with their agents.

Kristen Williamson was fantastic to work with throughout the entire selling process. She is extremely patient and friendly but shoots you straight when she needs to, which was very appreciated. Kristen is responsive and definitely knows her stuff. We'll definitely be sticking with Kristen and Ashley!

I have asked a number of times to be removed from a brokers e-mail list and KW has yet to do so. Will never use KW as they are annoying.

Spouse was on web site. We then received a phone call from a sales parasite at North Georgia Group, Cumming GA. 30040.

These parasites should be arrested and jailed as a public nusiance/ hemmoroid on America.

This is a company that seems to hire only young people. They will not even call people who seem to be older in their Resume (years of experience). So if you are more then 35 years old, you may not get a job with them. If you are a customer, I am sure they will take your money though. Do you want to give them your money when you know what they do?

I worked with Danny one of their agents and received very poor service. He put in the minimal effort and when it came to me trying to close a deal and having serious questions and inquiries I was made to feel like I was being a pain in the a**. He just wanted to score a deal and make money rather than truly help the buyer and lo and behold here I am caught up in the middle of a SCAM where I am having to fight over money that is unquestionably mine with very little help from him or his company. STAY AWAY

I was working with Dana Johnson. She scheduled appointments and did not keep them. She would send messages hours after the fact with an excuse. The company lacks integrity and thus lacks my business.
