The review you will not remove from my Google Maps Business location for 6 months in the UK even after numerous requests when they have never been a customer of our:
"I wouldn t trust this firm, they will do anything for fees, and operate on a non ethical basis. A look at the company accounts justify the actions of the Directors and staff ! Quite simply appalling behaviour"

Last week (13th September 2016) I visited Googleplex with my fellow 74 local guides and Googlers to attend the first day of LGSummit16. It was my pleasure to visit Googleplex. I enjoyed every moment during my visit. Witnessed awesome keynote address from Googlers, also had two learning sessions. Having lunch at Googleplex was fun.
I will remember this for whole my life.

As a client, you shouldn't have to dig through multiple forums and pages just to find a phone number to speak with not only a human, but one that is fluent in the native language from which you're calling. There is EXTREME value in working with an actual person even in today's technology driven world.The Google "help page" is limited on the span of all the potential issues, so having your company make it so difficult to contact support only to be told to read the forums that offer no help to my situation is very frustrating. Customer service should be provided by someone familiar with the company's products as well as fluent in the country they serve. We have multiple business pages and came across an unusual issue and after just calling a Google Play number I came across, I was reluctantly transferred to the Business department. I got to "work" with a rep, who was very hard to understand due to his lack of English. He proceeded to argue with me, talk down to me , and talk over me rather than listening to the problem or providing any type of respectful customer service. It's quite ironic that the company who manages millions of businesses and allows customers to review such locations, goes to great lengths to hide themselves. It's also disappointing to have use products you don't believe in solely because of the practice and people behind it.

I enjoyed my time there during some advanced training for Google Apps for Work. The company does care about more than just search engine revenue and while there are some growing pains along the way, both professionally and personally they've helped deliver on the promise of the Internet. A number of the things at my company are modeled after the personnel policy they use.

My first time at MSB and I will be back!. I had a hydrofacial and it was a-mazing. Angela walked me through it step-by-step and made sure she was meeting all of my (sensitive) skin care needs. Loved that she is a nurse and felt I was in good hands. Definitely recommend!

The location is interesting. But the staff service at the store was super cold. Not a good question. It feels like being treated lightly. The staff has a great attitude. Let me know that Google employees are so amazing.

Google wouldn't refund my money over a very questionable app that was charged to my phone. The app was never installed because it was totally unwanted yet Google wouldn't refund my $99.99!
Is this what GOOGLE about now? Never wanted but charged 100 dollars! Never installed or downloaded charged 100 dollars! Wrong! Greedy! Unfair!

Google is the best but Im a busy business person and I Hustle so when I use Google calendar its perfect but they need to add where i can attach a picture nowhere it has for photo attachment. If you take a screen shot and need to add it on your calendar you just can't... Please do something about this.. Hopefully it will soon be added... Would be then a perfect calendar. Google please always try to advance and move with the busy business life we are all inn.

I ve been a customer for approx. 15 years and I ve been extremely happy with Joanne and Shear Attraction Salon. In the past I ve not stayed with the same hairdresser very long, I m a perfectionist; that speaks volumes about Joanne s skills as a stylist.
When I arrive I m greeted with a smile and a hello, to me that s important. Joanne keeps the salon clean, and updated. A one on one consult is offered before she begins to determine if there are any issues, and what the customer wants. I am comfortable with Joanne s recommendations, because I trust her skills and the fact that she knows my hair.
My home is a 40 minute ride to Shear Attraction, although I don t mind because I know what the end result will be.
Personally, I feel Joanne is a friend and we are comfortable talking about our families, vacations, personal problems, etc., therefore, I highly recommend Shear Attractions to anyone that is looking for a good Salon. Instead of a forever home This is my FOREVER SALON !!

Google Reviews does sometimes let people give bad reviews that can seriously damage a businesses reputation. Google needs to fact check before updating a businesses reviews. I post over 5 - 7 reviews a day and it takes about 1 day to see it on the review page.

I purchased a gift card for my grandchildren when we get home it's unable to load. My husband picks up another Google gift card when he gets home yes what unable to load. They want you to send documentation and and get back to you up to 2 weeks. Merry Christmas and happy New Year I'll never buy another Google play card in my life

Fun corporate HQ to visit.

Set across lots of buildings and well prepared for tourists.

Would be nice to have a shop open all week. A 'visitor' shop had loads of signs making it clear a member of staff was required to enter.

The Android sculpture garden is pointless so don't bother.

If you're prepared to bend the rules they're unlocked bikes to ride around.

Hello Google I very disappointed with your technic...

Hello Google I very disappointed with your technical Team and the response specialist team. What has happened a complete different company called Czaro have had reviews and somebody or someone or a computer error have merges their reviews onto my Company's reviews Jade Angel London. We were 4.8 on google search and now dropped to 4.3 from this silly merge which is outrageous! This has been going on for 3-4 weeks now and has not been sorted! I would like somebody higher up to look into this issue and my case and feel people in these two departments in you company are not doing their jobs properly and making this case look unprofessional and a comedy act and not be respective! I feel that to this point I have been patient and reasonable, however its now, got to the point that this merge of reviews is effecting my business. We are a new business and what you have done is effecting our influx of clients booking hair treatments. If this matter is not dealt with with in the next few days, you will leave me no alternative than to start legal proceedings, on the grounds of sabotage.

Google Reviews is horrible!! I did a review of a business on Google Reviews. After I heard from the company about my negative review there was no way of editing my initial review.

What is the point of having a Review System when it can not be updated.

Unless I hear on how to edit a review I will NOT be using Googel Reviews anymore. Google is a good company but because its trying to do too many things - Google ending up doing nothing properly.

Thanks for your help and support for all the people you help in the world, with your services you make life easier. The Google assistant is still immature but soon we hope that you will present something innovative that can interface with our smartphone with neural processor and artificial intelligence. I hope your future is dedicated to the ease of use of any system. I hope Android is the future of PCs. I hope that one day Google will produce films in Virtual Reality. I hope augmented reality can be included on StreetView Virtual Tours. What else? Good luck to you and thank you for your attention!
