DON'T GO SOLAR UNTIL YOU TALK TO RIC. Seriously. Or you will be like some of my friends who tell me, "I have Solar and I'm not impressed." Well, I found out why.

Those that were not impressed had a system installed that is under-producing. Why? Because a salesman presented solar solution not based on the customer's needs but based on making the customer say YES to the proposal. So the customer sees a price that is affordable in comparison to what he is paying the power company, has it installed and finds out that the system does very little for him. He may not even know that he is "under system" and goes on thinking that that's what solar is. I've seen houses bigger than mine with half the panels on the roof. Why?

RIC SAVES THE DAY. A popular super big company tried doing that to me. Yes, I as was excited and looked forward to getting the system until I came upon Ric. he showed me on charts and formulas that I was going to get a system so small, I probably would have been disappointed. And what made my blood boil, was that Ric's proposal was almost identical in price as the other company. Also, the equipment I get is well known North American manufactured panels.

Ricardo is a no-nonsense person and thinks of your needs first. His advice is clear and honest. Don't be surprised if you feel like Ric is holding your hand through each phase of the installation. He promptly returns your calls. You deal with him from start, to finish, to post-installation. What more can I ask for? The other company used a call center to answer my questions. A different person every time I called, who pretended they knew me personally and only told me what was on their computer screen.

Thanks to Ric, my system is designed to accommodate my changing needs for years to come.
