Went there for the 1st time today. Bought a new 20 year anniversary wedding ring. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like our sales lady went out of her way to allow me all the time I needed to make my decision. I was shocked when I asked to go outside to see my choices out there, and it was clearly not the 1st time they heard that, and it was no problem! It was a GREAT experience with ample choices, price ranges & quality. I can HARDLY wait to go pick up my exquisite new ring. Thank you all for a very comfortable experience!

I showed up 20 minutes before closing (7pm) and Elise stayed with me till after 8 pm, there was no pressure to buy and no rush to finish. This is more than I ever expected from any place. Elise was very helpful in all aspects of the sale and I ended up with a very well priced beautiful ring for my new fiance.

The bad-the ring fell apart more than once the 2ct rock fell out the first time. I paid cash for the ring, 4gs. My fiance took the ring falling apart as a bad sign. When i went back to get my money back a few months later due to the breaking of the engagement because of the quality of the ring, I got half of what i paid back. Of course i took the money,cause what am i to do with the ring? But i feel to this day very cheated. I'll never return. Enter at your own risk.

AMAZING jewelry store that has anything you could ever want! I saw a commercial during a Lightning game and sent a message to gemswithem (Emily) on Instagram. She got back to me right away, and I made an appointment. I don't wear jewelry, but needed an engagement ring and wedding bands. Emily was sooo nice, and already had stuff pulled for me. My fiancee then came back to buy my rings and his own. I even got my ears pierced so they could make me matching earrings! My fiancee got a watch, and I'm getting a necklace made. The Gold & Diamond Source is about as professional as it gets. There are always plenty of experienced employees to help you with all you jewelry and watch needs. They re the best of the best! All the hype and more! First, I absolutely love the upgraded rings my wife and I got from G&D! The price we were given for the quality of our pieces was amazing! Our Sales Consultant, Troy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (especially when it came to my wallet...lol.) in getting us pieces we would and are happy with.

Secondly, I absolutely love the ambience of the store! It really makes you feel like you are walking into something of quality and distinction; like something out of a movie.

Lastly, I love that this is a family own and operated establishment with younger generations working there. Makes us feel good that it's going to be around for another 36 years for us to get our jewelry cleaned, repaired, and upgraded in the future!

The absolute BEST in customer service! We visited for the first time about 3 months ago and purchased a tanzanite ring from Patty. We recently had an issue with the ring and she went above and beyond to rectify it and ensure that we were more than satisfied. As first time buyers purchasing a lovey, but somewhat modest ring, we were quite surprised that they treated us like VIPs - actually, they treated us like family. I cannot possibly say enough nice things about Patty, and she has absolutely earned our business for life!

Last month, I upgraded my diamond in my original setting and decided to purchase it from Diamond & Gold Source Jewelry Store.
After much research of over 4 other jewelry stores my husband and I was very impressed with the quality, price, professionalism and service as experienced at this store.
We were welcomed with a smile immediately upon entry and was assisted by Troy and Pat the General Manager.
As a business owner ourselves we can recognize the outstanding service and eye for detail given from the moment we entered until we left.
There was never any pressure or pushiness. Just a direct willingness to find exactly what I was looking for. Troy displayed a sincere interest in listening to what I was looking for and brought me exactly what I had visualized in a price that was reasonable to the quality of diamond chosen.
I had the great pleasure of meeting Julie the owner. She is as personable and stunning in person as she is in her commercials and welcomed me with sincerity as I watched her extend the same warmth to all the other guests.
This will definitely be my future go to jewelry store.

I was visiting Florida on a work trip from Texas. A friend very familiar with the store took me in to get something fixed. Everyone was pleasant from the moment we walked in and the gentleman at the door had a great attitude. Tyler just started talking to me and helped me out he was very patient because I am a picky person. He stayed engaged and focused on me no matter how much the cost of what I was buying. I walked away with more than I intended to purchase but he will have a forever customer from Texas he even introduced me to his partner Jason who started talking about Texas with me they were down to earth friendly and not just sales reps. Keep IT UP GUYS!!!!

Gold & Diamond Source is the best jewelry store in Tampa Bay! I went this past weekend to pick out an engagement ring and Patty was so helpful. Julie is wonderful and her charity Hands Across the Bay is amazing! I know people are fearful to go out in public due to COVID but every employee was wearing a mask and they have even purchased a ton of Dyson disinfectant fans and have scattered them around the showroom. I can not recommend Gold & Diamond Source enough!

I came into the store about two months ago to possibly sell a 1/2 karat diamond engagment ring with a platinum band. I have had the ring for a long time and thought it was time to let go of it. The man that I dealt with wasn't very nice to me. Really it was just his tone and the way he said what he said to me. As soon as I put the ring in front of him he said, "I can already tell you I don't want to buy this but I will look at it for you if you want anyway." I agreed and he looked at it and said "I don't want to buy this but the most I will give you is $75.00 for the weight of the metal because there is zero demand for a marquise cut diamond." I decided to hang on to the ring. It was okay that he wasn't interested in the ring, I wasn't expecting much for it anyway. It was just the way he treated me. I felt really embarrassed for coming in. It was also disappointing because I drove a really long way because they have such a great reputation. I just feel like I could have been treated a little bit better.

I went to the Gold & Diamond Source just for the "Gift Card Match." The sales consultant approached me and immediately introduced herself, as Bri Phillips. After I introduced myself, she thanked me for coming into the store. Bri Phillips was personable, courteous, kind, professional and very patient while I was making a selection.

Mais Tarrab is the sales associate to talk to. She found me the most amazing engagement ring after listening to exactly what I was looking for. She really cares about helping the customer. Nice show room, plenty of options. The lady helping me purchase an engagement ring wasn't able to do the math required to keep me in budget or she just didn't care to keep me in budget.

I was also a little annoyed by their gift card match promotion. What they actually sell you isn't a gift card-- it's a coupon with a ton of restrictions. It's a good deal, but the limitations make it hard to use. Ended up having to get a refund on part of my gift card match order.

Still giving it 3 stars. Overall, the staff was nice. I feel like I got a nice ring at a fair price.

I will never buy fine jewelry or diamonds anywhere else ever! Top knotch quality & service every time! It s my favorite store!

I brought in a ring that was missing a small diamond and asked for a quote to repair the ring. The clerk took some time to evaluate the ring (also bringing it to the back for the jeweler to see). When the clerk was done evaluating the ring she gave me a price of $75 and said the job would take two weeks (I was quoted $35 at Johnston's Jewelers in Seminole for the same exact job and was told it would take two days). In addition to the price difference, the clerk insisted that there was no way to repair the ring without altering its look (she said the jeweler would have to add four tiny prongs of metal to hold the new diamond in). This was non-optimum as the new diamond would have a different look than the other diamonds on the ring which were all flush with the metal. Altering the ring's look was not an option for me. The clerk also said that to do a "full repair" the shank would have to be replaced. She indicated that I might as well just buy a new ring rather than spending the money to repair the one I had brought in. I began to get the idea that I was being overcharged and upsold. While Gold & Diamond Source was saying there was no way to do the repair without altering the ring, Johnston's Jewelers promised the job could be done without any alteration to the ring (which they did beautifully in two days for $35, with a free buff and polish thrown in).

My experience with the staff was remarkable. Cale was our host and was very helpful in designing a necklace for me that was truly amazing.

This place had an amazing showroom with tons of options. Had an awesome time picking out wedding bands with Elise, She was very nice and professional also very patient and helped out tremendously!
The staff was very friendly all around!

Mais and patti did great! they both had lots of knowledge about the diamonds that they show case for me. Mais showed me a wide variety of styles and diamonds as I had no idea walking in what I looking for, but she was able to point me in the right direction and I purchase a remarkable engagement ring for my soon to be wife! I also had the chance to personally meet Steve and Steve sister Patti which helped me with the great finance deal of no interest for a year! in all I had a great experience.

I bought my wife's wedding here while I was in basic training at Fort Jackson. When I got out of basic training I proposed to my wife in Hershey Pennsylvania and now that I'm back in Florida I love visiting this location to have the ring cleaned and repaired if needed. The staff and the quality and customer service is what makes this place such a pleasure to visit. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I'm a customer for life.

I walked in and was amazed by this selection and inventory Met with Joe and after a little time we were able to pinpoint what we were looking for. We spoke a few times over the phone, decided on one ring and I came up and paid for it and left. A much better transaction then I expected. Far less painful than I had envisioned. Overall service at GDS was excellent. The initial sales presentation was a little to high pressure. I explained that my girl and I were there to gather information about her preference about the GDS inventory styles and not to purchase right away. Sales person was pushy about buying immediately.

I am extremely disappointed in the gold and diamond source today. I bought my wife's wedding ring here 5 years ago as well as the wedding band after due to the strong suggestions of personalities from 102.5 the bone. The selling point on the gift card match was that we could give one as a gift to one person then the other as a gift to another. I've no intention of this but I told my wife to use one for christmas and the other for anniversary only to be told they must be used at the same time. Quite the scam. I would have been better off utilizing the cyber specials. After thousands spent here I believe we will be in search of a new jewelry store. I understand we dont spend as much as others and it's not a large loss to them.

Amazing Customer Service!!! Knowledgeable and Honest! I worked with Darrell Cox. He is their Chief Custom Designer. He treated me as if I was a million dollar customer (I'm a teacher. So we all know, I'm not even close to being a million dollar customer.) He took his time, answered all my questions, imparted new knowledge to me and gave me great advice.
I had some old jewelry, broken jewelry and missing earring mates. I always wanted a diamond pendent. I also wanted to replace my gold hoop earrings that my parents gave me as a gift and I had lost the mate. Darrell made it all happen!!! He went through my bag of jewelry with me and advised me on what to trade in and what to keep. He went out on the floor and found me a pair of earrings to match the ones I lost from my parents. He helped me design a diamond pendent from what I described and using a diamond that I had in a ring. I had such fun shopping at The Gold & Diamond Source! I'll be back for my next diamond ring!!!

I had alot of old gold just laying around and I kept hearing those Gold & Diamond commercials about turning that old gold into cash. So last week, when it was raining and I in a cleaning mood, I decided to gather it all up and take it in, just to see what it was worth. Boy, am I glad I did, that old stuff turned out to be worth close to $1000. The entire process was quick and professional and I got my money just like they said I would, right there on the spot. I was nervous when I went to Gold and Diamond source because I was afraid it would be a high pressure situation, like visiting Men's Warehouse or a used car dealership. My experience was the complete opposite of that. I don't remember my salesman's name but I believe he was the sales manager. It was easiest and stress free buying experience of my life. I simply can not say enough great things about the experience we had with Gold & Diamond Source! In January when I saw Julie and Steve Weintraub on the news speak about how open and welcoming they were, even to same sex couples, with our own wedding in mind, we decided to go there and see.

They weren't kidding. The treatment we received and ultimately, the rings they custom created for us are stunning. We worked with their on staff designer, who listened to our wants and desires and she designed two custom platinum and diamond rings exactly how we envisioned them.

After having a terrible experience at Zales i took my fiance to GDS and we had a wonderful experience and found exactly what we were looking for and within my budget. I thought it was such a good deal I bought a giftcard from them during there matching sale. It will make a wonderful Christmas present and i am sure we will be spending it all soon. Only a fool would shop at the jewelry stores in the mall when they have the Gold & Diamond Source close by.

We visited all the jewelery stores that you hear during commercials. Gold and Diamond source was the best experience by far. From walking in, the selection,and sizing were all steps above any other jewelry store visited. My fiance is thrilled with her ring. Definetly a repeat customer.

We purchased our wedding rings here. Let me say mine was beautiful. However, my husband's was terrible. It wasnt in stock so we had to order it. The woman took my husbands phone to find the ring off of their website! She never gave his phone back so we ended up having to drive all the way back to clearwater. He picked up his ring a week later. It was horrible. The carbon fiber on it was crooked and you could see gaps in it. He went online and found a better carbon fiber ring for 15.00. We paid 250 at g&ds. When he tried to return it they said he could only have store credit because we "custom ordered." It was only custom ordered because they didnt have something I stock that their website said they had. They eventually worked with us and called the ring distributor but they still charged a $50 restocking fee.

My now finance' purchased my engagement ring and was treated like royalty. They educate you about their diamonds and help make the right choices. They even called to see how the proposal went of course I said Yes! I highly recommend them. Great Customer Service!

Troy and Alexis took great care of us throughout multiple visits in search of the "perfect" ring. I really enjoyed their service and wound up making appointments with them (rather than start the process with other associates) when it turned out that the selection process would take a few visits as opposed to 1. Troy nor Alexis never pressured me or got salesman esque - which I really really appreciate. Their professionalism and class are to be commended. I'll be reccomending G&DS to friends, and we'll be going back for our bands.
