Dear Steve & Julie Weintraub, I have been in the business of providing outstanding customer service in all levels of industry for over forty years. This is why it's imperative that I acknowledge 3 of your employees who help me to avert a real procrastinated crisis I got myself into. Sue Howell took special care to make sure I got the right gift for my wife. Unable to find the right gift 2 days before my son's birthday I came in and spoke with Shay Paniagua, explained the gifts that I wanted for my son. We could not find the Item I wanted so one of the other consultants, Debbie Tiliakos overheard what we wanted and unable to find Debbie stopped what she was doing and to went to the layaway section and located a family member Christmas layaway, returned it to stock so that I could purchased it. That was truly the greatest act of customer service I have ever witness. This is why I will forever be a Gold & Diamond Source Customer. Thank you. Ray Haywood
