The absolute BEST in customer service! We visited for the first time about 3 months ago and purchased a tanzanite ring from Patty. We recently had an issue with the ring and she went above and beyond to rectify it and ensure that we were more than satisfied. As first time buyers purchasing a lovey, but somewhat modest ring, we were quite surprised that they treated us like VIPs - actually, they treated us like family. I cannot possibly say enough nice things about Patty, and she has absolutely earned our business for life!
