Their suggestion to keep another ring and resize was the right approach cleaned up, the ring is a unique design and every time I look at it, I remember my Mom. From the moment we entered the store, we received our own consultant and felt incredibly special. Our sales consultant and Diamond Specialist, Jason Lopsciuk, went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect diamond pendant and chain that I just love! The choice and selection of beautiful fine jewelry in the store is spectacular and we would highly recommend anyone to stop in and have a wonderful experience in picking out your special piece of jewelry. If I could do a negative number I would! Bought a gold rope there a few years ago. It has broken areas and my husband wanted to upgrade to a better one. The person who waited on me was rude and damining. Wanted to give us half of its worth. And told me they have to make money somehow! REALLY!

I recently came in to see if I could change my ring. I told the employee that I didn t have good credit. I came out of a Domestic Violence relation ship and had to sell everything to take care off my child in a wheelchair. I was gifted a ring from my step mom she bought it from my brother and wanted me to have a real diamond so I wanted to upgrade it I have been married 5 years on Valentine s Day. We couldn t afford a real ring. I have had people ask me if the ring was real it s embarrassing ( the one I was wearing) I happened to be sitting very close to friends who were selling jewelry to upgrade my friends ring to a 2 or 3 caret. The women clearly didn t want to help me she wanted to help them. I thought she was checking in house credit but she didn t she came back and loudly said your not approved. I was so embarrassed that my friends heard this I left in tears. I met the owners a few years back at a Fundraiser for Domestic Violence. I would never recommend anyone to go there. I am a nurse and my co- worker told me to go to your place she had poor credit. It took me months to get the courage to come there. Then I left feeling shamed.

Great customer service! Our sales associate was so helpful and very patient as my wife spent hours looking at various diamonds trying to choose the right one! We even left to take a look next door at the IDC and ended up coming back to this gorgeous diamond! No gimmicks or trying to push brand name diamonds on us, and they price matched what we would have gotten next door and then some! Awesome experience!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We just left and I cant say how much I love gold & diamond source. We were greeted by 3 different people and immediately someone came over and assisted us with our purchase today. My fiance and I went in to find something for Christmas for me. My idea was a necklace or something small. We gave our budget to Patrick and he stayed right in budget. I found a beautiful right hand ring and my fiance then suprised me by upgrading engagement ring. OMG you guys, its stunning! Not only was the ring beautiful but the fact that there is a lifetime guarantee AND if I want to upgrade ill be able to go back and get credit for my current ring. What!??!?! That is what I call "good" business. We will forever be a customer! The staff was superb, the place was clean, and man was it sparkly. I cant say enough good things. Thank u so much

Embellished pawn shop with horrible customer service. They were busy on a Saturday (of course), however 2 sales people attended us and both were rude, pushy, and became uninterested when they found out we weren't ready to buy that day. Either they are just too big to care about individuals, or they need to reevaluate their staff. I will never give my business to this company, one rep is one thing, but two of them acting this way is ridiculous. It's too bad. They have a wide selection and decent prices, run like a pawn shop. Not what we expected and very disappointing...

Salwa Eldarzi spent almost the entire day patiently dealing with my indecisiveness. My boyfriend and I enjoyed working with her and she was extremely helpful and well informed of diamonds. She made it a very pleasent and fun day.

My actual name is Jill Morrison. I met Valentina for a pair of citrine, emerald cut earrings that were on line. She choose 2 perfectly matching stones and, of course, helped me in purchasing a gorgeous citrine ring. I always seem to walk out with something I thought I could not afford!! Service and jewelry is exquisite. Great customer service.
Jason is just as great. I bought starfish earrings and 2 wedding bands. He suggests other similar items and makes you feel just as important as if you were buying a 10k diamond ring. He is also fun and let me try on the most expensive diamond ring!!

Went there just to look. Very intimidating at first but Dan was more than helpful. Our budget was small but he assured us that there was something beautiful yet affordable for us and was he right! What a delight he (Dan) was. Very personable and just a good time we had. We will go back there from this day forward. Thank You Dan!!!

We were greeted by Salwa Eldarzi. Very sweet lady. I came in to get a new setting for my 46 year old engagement ring. She pulled rings that would pair with my wedding band. On Thursday I chose one that was pretty but then my husband said that I waited 46 years and I began to realize I wanted a bigger one so Friday Salwa was so efficient and patient with the exchange. We truly appreciate all her help. We will definitely ask for her again. We traveled an hour to come to Gold and Diamond Source because we knew we would feel confident with out purchase here. By far the best Jeweler in Pinellas County and surrounding areas very knowledgeable jewelers fabulous diamonds and gold and the staff there is the best around for customer service

They treated us like we were spending big money, I am from Kentucky and I dress like a old hippie, but as Iike said they waited on me as soon as I walked in and even tho I did not spend a pocket full of money they still ask me to come back next time I was in town. I give them 6 stars

NO STARS! ( WANTED TO GIVE NO STARS BUT YOU CAN'T POST WITHOUT ONE ). The very first star in every business should be each customer. I was treated like I was scum, like I had no money in pocket. I felt every eye in that place burning a hole in my back. I get that Gold & Diamond Source is in fact a jewelry store with high dollar items, but customers are more important than any jewel or gem. Not humble at all, the tiger mansion mural is a dead give away of that.
