I showed up 20 minutes before closing (7pm) and Elise stayed with me till after 8 pm, there was no pressure to buy and no rush to finish. This is more than I ever expected from any place. Elise was very helpful in all aspects of the sale and I ended up with a very well priced beautiful ring for my new fiance.

update as far as Elise goes still happy with the way she treated me.

The bad-the ring fell apart more than once the 2ct rock fell out the first time. I paid cash for the ring, 4gs. My fiance took the ring falling apart as a bad sign. When i went back to get my money back a few months later due to the breaking of the engagement because of the quality of the ring, I got half of what i paid back. Of course i took the money,cause what am i to do with the ring? But i feel to this day very cheated. I'll never return. Enter at your own risk.
