I came in looking to purchase a new mini. After walking around for over 30 minutes and literally looking at every single mini they had, I realized they didn't want my business. Many employees saw as I stepped into cars, looked through windows, and inspected the information tags; they all failed to even say hello. The only time anyone spoke to me was because I held the for open for an employee and he thanked me. If I'm going to buy a new car, I want to make sure it's from a place that acknowledges the fact that they have a customer.
