My car had electrical issues and I had to come in ...

My car had electrical issues and I had to come in 2 separate times to "test drive" with the service people. Instead of diagnosing the issue they told me I drive the car incorrectly.

It's like turning the car right and it goes left. The technician would tell you "I have 3 of the same car. It does the same it's normal. We don't need to fix anything. You shouldn't drive like that." Imagine trying to argue with someone that cannot admit that they are wrong.

I left the general manager an email of the experience and no response. Left a voicemail too. No response.

Unprofessional.

I had to go to Rydell Dodge fix my car. The workers at Rydell told me they weren't suprised of the way I was treated at Glendale Dodge.
