My experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone there was so kind, and helpful. I searched for, and found my new Jeep from 3 hours away, and Adam worked with me via email. He was very up front, honest, and got me a great deal. I knew what the out-the-door price was going to be before I even got there, and worked out what my payments would be with my Credit Union. The gentleman in the finance office worked with my husband to get all the paperwork signed, and he was terrific. Very nice, and never once did we feel pressured to buy more than what we came to buy. Everything was just as we were told it would be, to the penny. They didn't try to add "accessories" to the car , so they could ding us with added charges later like the other place we visited - they were very straightforward with me about everything. We appreciated a dealership that knew good customer service will earn them more in the long run than trying to trick customers into spending more. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!
Adam, thank you for your service - it was easy, non-pressuring, and we left VERY happy. I LOVE my new Jeep, and I am happy to give a good review. The entire staff was great.
