Horrible service. I left my vehicle one week ago today, been communicating with Marvin at the service department, vehicle was supposed to be done since Monday, called and asked to speak to Marvin he stated he will call me back, did not get a call I called him back asked him about the status of my vehicle, again stated he will call
Me back, again no call back. I called him again this morning to find out status of my vehicle, Marvin again stated it should be done today and will call me back between 3-5 pm, it was already past 4pm and did not get a phone call, decided to call because of his track record of calling back it never happened. He is gone for the day, I was already fuming because of the service that I have been receiving. If you are spending over 2k to get your vehicle fixed , at least give me that courtesy for a call back. So disappointed of the run around and customer service that I have been receiving from Marvin at the service department. I will never take my vehicle here again.
