My question was outside of the usualy customer bringing in the vehicle for service. It was one where I needed to speak directly to a foreman. He was highly knowledgeable. I would recommend speaking to him directly. The service department still couldn't help in my situation. I gave it 4 stars not because they could not rectify the problem, but because the service advisor was a little short with me.
