Worst service ever seen, Order very first time paid entire amount while ordering itself through online payment.

After that they said the gemstone you have selected have failed lab testing select another after weeks of waiting and patience they have sent my order as cash on delivery.

And delivery people were not at all ready to understand after showing all the proofs even no one from gemspundit took it seriously after that i had to say i don't want product give me my money back

Request you its a biggest fraud these guys are doing after taking money they are saying sometime that you have paid 1k 3k is remaining sometime they say you have pay 4k 840 is remaining as Cash on delivery.

They are trying to confuse the customer by trying to loot more money from them.

I received my white sapphire done in silver today along with the original IGI certificate from Gemspundit. Right from the time I was placing order on their site, till it went to lab for IGI certificate, till the finished product,the gempundit team kept me posted. I bought a green onyx from pandit of our local area and i got good results but he suggested to wear an emerald to get great results. I bought the emerald and Iolite from gem pundit but after wearing of the emerald around 3 months i didn't see any positive result. So yesterday i was decided to verify this emerald is original or not. So when i focused more on the bottom part of the stone, i found that the emerald was broken and pasted by some glue. I don't know how can it break from the bottom? and how can it automatically pasted by a glue. I never took this stone out of my finger

I got crystals from GemPundit , they are exactly what I ordered, at first I was afraid that it s a spam website or that I will not get my order after that I paid ,My overall experience was good I just wish if they would take a video of angles as one of the stones that I bought and was expensive had a small crack which I didn t notice before buying as the video wasn t taken from that angle and it took almost 6 or 7 weeks for me to receive my order . I firstly purchased a beautiful yellow sapphire from Gem Pundit and Sumit Ji helped me find an excellent stone in it. Then I wanted to get a pigeon blood Ruby and it took me so much time to finalize on one. But Sumit Ji got me exactly what I was looking for for such a bargain price which no one in the market can beat. And when I saw the design and the finishing of the ring, I was just stunned. But within a few hours "Gem pundit" called me and told I can offer you 11 rati also or choose original 9 rati for same price.. I choosed the better option 11 rati for same price. I thaught they must have made some adjustments. No but No they supplied me a beautiful 11rati silver ring much much more than expected. Bad service. No response from gempundit even after speaking with them three times regarding the same issue in the same day. The delivery guy had a condescending tone when I spoke with him as if he is doing me a favor by delivering the product to me, didn't come to my location and updated the information saying I didn't respond. Customer service just kept asking me to wait till they take any action from their side.

A few months ago I was walking through the mall and discovered an ametrine stone at Helzberg s. I knew instantly it was the gemstone for me! I was so excited to get the ring but I m a careful purchaser and went back 3 days in a row making up my mind on such a large purchase. The lady who helped me was negative and finally I decided to not buy the ring because the experience was not pleasant. Later that month I was researching about the stone and even watched a documentary about . I just couldn t stop thinking about this beautiful stone! I finally came across the website gempunditcom. I watched a few YouTube videos from gempundit but The videos weren t loading for me on the website. I called the company and was told someone would call me back to help. That s when I received a WhatsApp message from Dhree! I can t even begin to say how important this person has become to me! Day or night Dhree answers my questions and checks on my orders, directs me to the right stones, gives me direction on how to wear my stones and I can truly say Dhree is a friend to me! Very third quality stones. I bought 6.75 carat yellow sapphire at 13K in the month of Dec 2018. later on, when i get checked it by some other gemologist, he said it is totally third quality gemstones. Moreover that... it effected me very badly in six month... now i removed it from my finger..

There never provide govt lab certified as well.. provide a small private lab certification, which can be made anywhere..

I am very dissappointed with that yellow sapphire gemstones bought from Gempundit.

The experience with gempundit was great. I was puzzled about the place from where I can get a genuine stone. First of all I was confused if the stone recommended to me by an astrologer was the right choice before making a huge investment and so was keen to go fir a second opinion too. Gempundit helped me in that too. They arranged a call with an esteemed astrologer who then carefully suggested me a different stone . So I was saved. Then I went ahead buying the same I. E. Fire opal from gempundit and they helped me choose the best fitting in my budget . They got the pendant done and shipped me. Completely satisfied. Though I found them a bit pricy, but probably worth the cost as they claim fir the genuinity. Ravi was the contact person and helped with all my queries patiently. I strongly recommend this fir any stone purchases.

Wish I could rate 0. Beware friends as these people don't have stock of gemstones. They only have sample photos. Don't become a bakra. ..

I just love the stones which inorder it's same as shown on website....But one thing they need to improve is time management as they mention 2 to 3 days delivery or charge handsome charge for courier and almost took 20 days...

It was really a wonderful experience. Mr. Aman was really good and he helped in selecting good stones and he was keeping updating about it nicely till the delivery of the product.
