Dont buy from this "company". Its based in India and thats enough said. It takes months to get what you buy and if its not as expected forget about getting refund. Awful customer service, I would not even call it customer service, its just bunch of Indian people answering phone whenever they like it.

I have bought multiple gemstones from Gempundit, the quality of the stone were good. For my query one of their executive Neel helped me with resolution, he is a very nice guy and very much professional.So I will give 5 star
They have the largest collection of Pitambari Neelam. The whole transaction went very well due to Dheera and Sumit. They have been really patient and have good knowledge about the stones. Kudos to them.
Being a repeat customer, i really don't want to write about their products - much has been said already. However, what stood out for me was their people, and Ravi in particular. This guy is a true "Gem" with lavish amounts of professional ethics, not to mention his subject matter expertise.
