Bad service. No response from gempundit even after...

Bad service. No response from gempundit even after speaking with them three times regarding the same issue in the same day. The delivery guy had a condescending tone when I spoke with him as if he is doing me a favor by delivering the product to me, didn't come to my location and updated the information saying I didn't respond. Customer service just kept asking me to wait till they take any action from their side.
