I got a gold ring with an Emerald stone and it turned out to be perfect. It was a bit too large in sizing but that I was my fault for not providing them proper sizing so I easily got it resized here in Canada. From the very first day that I was inquiring on the process and steps to take, Dheera has been assisting me very professionally and efficiently. The initial ring that was made was the incorrect model from what I was expecting but they did not for a second hesitate to remake it immediately. Infct, one shld be careful on buying Gems from them, they mix synthetics with Real Gems, one need to have eye for Gems only then you can buy Genuine stuff.

Please switch to a better courier service than DTDC. I have always had a problem with DTDC even though I stay in Hyderabad city. Their team and their management are totally irresponsible. When your customers make a purchase, it's not important if it is a big/small ticket purchase. Trust with Gempundit is more important. Since your team is making such great efforts to maintain the trust factor, you don't want your delivery partner to mess it up for you.

Their updates are regular, almost every stone has a video accompanying the description and they even performed the rituals (puja), which I can tell from the accompanying smell of incense, although there was an opportunity to skip it if they wanted to. I have concluded from my research and my own personal experience while buying a fire opal ring, that they sell genuine stones and you will get exactly the stone you see on the site. The only complain I have is that the ring catalogue from which I ordered was changed on the website, after the order. Nevertheless, the stone is flawless and genuine, along with the seller. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for gemstones.
