The customer service I received from GemPundit was top-notch! When there was an issue with my order due to import restrictions, they were very quick to respond and correct it. They were also able to upgrade my shipping to ensure it arrived in time for the holidays! Extremely impressed with their communication throughout the process, even sending a professional quality video of my chosen stone in its setting before shipping it. Packaging was so exceptional it would have been nearly impossible for it to arrive damaged! Highly professional service all-around, and a superb quality stone with excellent silversmithing!
