They are underpaying animators. I feel sad for my fellow artist that they fired just because he was asking for a better pay

Overwork and underpay. Their employees should go on strike. Please research before joining, do not ruin your life.

It looks to me as though the company directors and senior managers at this animation studio need to have a quick look at the comments made by their own staff - maybe the menagement needs to change or to update its procedures and its protocols with regard to employment and to working conditions. Perhaps if the seniors went to work in Europe for a year or so they might pick up some very useful ideas on how to improve their own business.

I've worked there for 5yrs.. They have the best and talented animation directors. I gave 3 stars because the experiences I had was not really great when it comes to your social life. Please think 10x if you ever want to apply in this company. Sure you can learn the best animation in them but the management will tear your soul apart. I'm so thankful that I've last that long.

been working here for a little over a year now, after transferring from another studio. i've been really happy, and got to meet a ton of senior artists who have been very patient in teaching me. i feel as though im getting paid to learn more as an animator, and am earning enough to be the breadwinner of our household :3

Horrible management. Good artists in a filthy, corrupt place.

It's a good start to career animations, great directors and artists.

They did not provide the basic salary of their artists because their artists are working from home.
They made all their regular artists TO FREELANCERS. Tinanggalan nila ng basic pay, PERO MAY KOTA PARIN. The most absurd studio in the Philippines.

For artist:
This studio is a great stepping stone to those who want to learn animation. Very professional location, and fun room structure. The only down side for me are outdated computers and stressful environment.

Dishonest practices... not recommended for jobseekers.
