Recently purchased about 5 carat emerald. Googood assistance was provided , particularly Neil their chief gem expert. Transaction was smooth. Now it's the turn of the stone to be assessed.

It appears that they have a standard answer when a problem arises, but I have not seen ONE where they have followed up, other than their initial "Mia Copa". BUYER BEWARE

Initially I was hesitant to buy such a costly product online. So to start with, I ordered few products on Cash on Delivery and surprisingly received by Blue Dart very fast. Product quality is excellent. Even one of the ring size was not proper. I returned the product and got it corrected without any hassle. Akhilesh was the person who did excellent service. I have become a regular buyer from them. Products are much cheaper and better quality compared to even reputed jewellery dealers . Even on extra payment GTL Jaipur certificate is also given which assures quality of the product.

I was really uncertain and apprehensive about buying gems online. But, we weren't finding anything to our liking anywhere in the jewellery outlets too. We were looking for a yellow sapphire ring.

Poor quality gems. Anyone buying from them must get the gems checked by another gemologist within 10 day period to return.
Despite taking close to a month in making - loose setting of the stone.
And simply bad finishing.

I had in mind to purchase a blue sapphire and yellow sapphire. Was exploring the local market and one day explored google and came to know about Gempundit. Since the belief was religion and the amount of gemstone was high and that too a online purchase where I m unable to view the stone, Only can see the image and video, was very difficult for me to take the decision. None of them give any positive results instead its making things worse.
I rated you guys thinking its original stone and one of your representative begged me to rate your customer service. Customer service is fine but what about the customer satisfaction?
Now I think its not. I have already made ring out of it and started wearing, its affecting my health and mind very badly. I even reported it to one of the guy from Gempundit.he says, he cannot help he sells original gemstones only. If it does not work, then it's not his mistake! This is what I got from him.
When shown to well know ln jweller, he says its not good quality stone and its over priced. And the certificates can be bought by giving 3k and even showed the local certificate sent along, even they say these kind of certificates can be bought easy.
So what's up with you guys.
I have spent almost 70k on these stones now. And frustated already.
Till today nobody got back to me on this.

I have purchased pukhraj, neelam from gempundit. Their looks are very translucent. I can't understand these are real or not? GP team can you please justify. I can't understand these will works astrologically or not.

Gempundit is fooling customers as they are fooling courier partners, by deducting too much when gemstone returned, as shipping cost, without producing any bill or proper breakdown of the shipping cost.
Though the prices of the gemstones are too much more than 20-30k higher than gemstones value, only thing good is they are certified by renowned gem testing labs.
But so cheap business policy is not expected, so deduct 2000 when the shipping cost was just 650.

I live in USA and got Gempundit number from my best friend. First , I was little hesitant to give big chunk of money without being there physically but the person I worked with ( his name is Arun) never let me felt that I was not there physically. He answered all of my questions, sent me videos of my rings and finally helped me in delivering my rings in India during this pandemic time. I have been involved in purchases with Gempindit since September of this year. I have long been a student of and believer in astrology and the power of gems. No, I'm not a head in the clouds person. I am a physician. Astrology is based on mathematics and astronomy and psychology. I have witnessed many times how energy can manifest in a person and affect health or illness. So I did my chart through their program and I bought my yellow sapphire ring.

I ordered for a ring of my choice and I was promised to get as per my design. However there was lot of communication gap, the person was not very helpful to complete my needs and requirement. I think customer service representative should know how to talk to clients. There are many times I had informed Neel that I am unhappy with the service, but no use as he was the single point of contact. Finally the ring I received was only after escalation. And not as per my design. I had to compromise on the design just cos Neel did not guide me properly while purchasing it.
