I just logged on to the sight and start chatting with this soooo helpful person "nupur" she was so patient and had explained everything from what stones will suit me or not, not aggressive by any means no pushing for purchase at all, she shared the stones within my budget and actually sold me these precious stones which were over my budget but she gave me discount. Every step of the way she was there, I was informed by email of every step from the time stones went out for grading till the time they were shipped they shared pictures and small video clips of the finished product by email before they ship it, I received these rings in very timely manner..
