I got a gold ring with an Emerald stone and it turned out to be perfect. It was a bit too large in sizing but that I was my fault for not providing them proper sizing so I easily got it resized here in Canada. From the very first day that I was inquiring on the process and steps to take, Dheera has been assisting me very professionally and efficiently. The initial ring that was made was the incorrect model from what I was expecting but they did not for a second hesitate to remake it immediately. I'm very satisfied with the quality and the top notch service I've received throughout my entire experience from Dheera and Rudra. Excellent customer service with out a doubt and beautiful rings and stones!
