My point of contact for the purchase was Arun. He is amazingly patient, provides the right kind of advice and does not rush you into making any decisions. He provided me with many options for each of my requests. He was very prompt in servicing the purchase and shipped the product as soon as the transaction was done. He also supported me during his day offs. We are very happy with the product!!!

Please switch to a better courier service than DTDC. I have always had a problem with DTDC even though I stay in Hyderabad city. Their team and their management are totally irresponsible. When your customers make a purchase, it's not important if it is a big/small ticket purchase. Trust with Gempundit is more important. Since your team is making such great efforts to maintain the trust factor, you don't want your delivery partner to mess it up for you.
