From our very first meeting with Hunter, to working with Kevin and Richard over the last year we are always so impressed with their communication skills, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond for their homeowners. They use high quality subcontractors which means less headache and less issues your home will have, but when you do have anything that needs addressing they will respond to your emails/phone calls within minutes and have a remedy as quickly as possible! Richard was fantastic walking us through our 1 year warranty process. He answered all our questions and gave us some great advice and tips along the way. The day of the work being done he stopped by at least 3 times to check in and help in anyway he could. Top notch service! We don t plan to move anytime soon, but we wouldn t hesitate to purchase another Garman home if that time comes! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED Richard during our 1 year warranty. He went above and beyond and really took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He made sure all things that needed to be fixed were done so correctly and in a timely manner. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. I felt I could fully trust his professional opinion and that he had my best Interest in mind. You could tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Can t thank him enough.
Warranty Work - Had the pleasure of working with Wayne Oglesby on some warranty work as I am in the process of relocating to Florida and needed some work to be done for the buyers. Wayne responded in less than 24 hours and less than 24 hours from that time, he had everything scheduled, came out himself to review some items and kept me in the loop on everything. Would HIGHLY recommend Wayne for anything you need. Most definitely brings a lot of value to the Garman Homes family.

My family and I first began working with Garman in spring 2016 and, by January 2017, we were all moved into our new home. I can t say that our house is perfect (who can?), but I have been consistently impressed with the Garman staff, from the design process to post-move in fixes. In particular, the two warranty managers I ve worked with - first Richard and, later, Wayne - have been absolutely exceptional. They are both excellent communicators who worked quickly and efficiently to remedy every problem we encountered. It s clear to me that Wayne, Richard, and Garman overall, truly care about the quality of the homes they build and the people that buy them. If I were to build a new home today, I would make some decisions differently, but choice of builder is not one of them.
Wayne was great! He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took the time to tell us about himself and his experience in the industry. He is passionate about what he does and it shows! He also took the time to explain everything he would be looking at for our 45 day inspection as well as what to expect for our 11 month inspection. He listened to any concerns we had and made notes to follow-up with us. We love our Garman Home and look forward to many happy years here!

I bought my Fresh Paint by Garman Homes house about two years ago. It's the nicest house I've ever had, with the perfect floor plan and so many well-considered details. One of the best parts of my experience with my house is the Garman team, especially Richard Keebler, the warranty manager. He has always been helpful and genuinely concerned whenever any issue has arisen. Richard treats my house with consideration and care as if it were his own!
I have praised Garman from beginning to end of this process. You hear such horror stories of the building process, but this process was such a pleasure. Heck, it was even fun! I was expecting to be completely overwhelmed and have to fight tooth and nail for a high quality home. But neither was the case. I had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Garman, including Janice and Hunter in sales, Chris who managed the build, and Richard in warranty service. I had significant frustration and delay replacing a shower enclosure with a manufacturing defect, which was due to Aquatic Bath. Richard worked with me to replace the unit with a tub, and I plan to tile the walls to avoid installing a multi-piece unit.
Buyer beware. My home is two years old and Garman still hasn't fixed the front door, the un-even counters in the gourmet kitchen that I spent an extra $20k in upgrades for , the pantry door or the AC system that doesn't work upstairs. The 1 year warranty is a joke because all they do is ignore you or argue with you that there isn't anything wrong. I finally had to put an egg on the counter top so they could watch it roll off. Now, because they argued for a year that there was nothing wrong with the counter, the contractor can't find a matching stone. Its been another 9 months of waiting with no end in site. To add insult to injury the roof on this 2 year old home leaks! I saved for years to buy what I thought was my dream home and now I can't wait to move.
I cannot say enough positive comments about our experience with Garman Homes. From the very beginning, collaborating with Danica to find the right place for our family truly felt like a team effort. Her attentiveness to our needs, even when she was extremely busy, put customer service and care to the top of the list. Then it only got better. We met with Robert to go over the construction of our home, we bought the model, but he truly went above and beyond making sure our experience was filled with the same excitement as if we built it ourselves. He fixed and repaired things that we didn't even expect. He even stopped by to check on us after papers were signed and we had moved all of our items in. Then we met Richard. My husband was out of town and the AC went out; he came out that day to help me assess the situation. He called the HVAC team and electrical team; both arrived that day and started working the issue. He came back later for our 45-Day review, and went over everything regarding our warranties, and any issues that we may have. He too demonstrated exceptional customer service. The level of professionalism, dedication, and customer care that the Garman Team displayed during our home buying process is truly unmatchable. It is clear that they love what they do, and they believe in the homes that they build. Had we known that we would receive such remarkable customer service and a high quality home, we would have built with them, granted we would have built the exact same house we bought, but the entire experience has made us Garman Homes customers for life.

We built a Garman home about 2.5 years ago and the experience was amazing! The home has been excellent and free of issues. The Garman team has been responsive, honest, and fabulous all along the way - from the building process, to the one-year check-in, to warranty questions years later. We purchased a Garman home built a few years back and are the second owners, so we didn't work directly with them on the purchase of the home. I've reached out to them a couple of times regarding questions about our home. Even though we weren't the original owner that they worked with, they have gone over and above expectations providing us with helpful answers. On multiple occasions, my emails were met with a response within minutes. If we ever move and are looking for another home in the area, we'll definitely look for a Garman home!

From purchasing, design, move in, and warranty work, Garman makes the building process very easy. The contracts are simple and very easy to understand. A few issues were not identified during the pre-walk for my home , but after raising them directly to Garman, the team responded immediately. The warranty team went over and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my investment making sure that everything was right. Garman homes are built with meticulous quality workmanship, ensuring that your investment will last.

The team fixed up a few minor issues here and there and ensured that the house is in great running order. You cannot go wrong choosing Garman Homes as your builder. From start to finish everything has been very well organized and we had clear communication about the home building process. They truly care about each individual buying a home. You can tell everybody loves their job and genuinely want you to LOVE your home. All staff we worked with were outstanding, but we want to give a special shout out to Robert Thornton our Construction Manager. His attention to detail was top notch and we never felt like our home was being overlooked. His level of detail is far above what we were expecting. I know he was managing a decent number of homes, but our home was never overlooked. You could count on him to give you a weekly email update promptly at 5AM on Fridays. If you are lucky enough to have him as your Construction Manager you will be in good hands and have a beautiful home. Building a home is stressful and especially during these difficult times but the Garman team will make it as smooth as possible!
