I cannot say enough positive comments about our experience with Garman Homes. From the very beginning, collaborating with Danica to find the right place for our family truly felt like a team effort. Her attentiveness to our needs, even when she was extremely busy, put customer service and care to the top of the list. Then it only got better.

We met with Robert to go over the construction of our home, we bought the model, but he truly went above and beyond making sure our experience was filled with the same excitement as if we built it ourselves. He fixed and repaired things that we didn't even expect. He even stopped by to check on us after papers were signed and we had moved all of our items in.

Then we met Richard. My husband was out of town and the AC went out; he came out that day to help me assess the situation. He called the HVAC team and electrical team; both arrived that day and started working the issue. He came back later for our 45-Day review, and went over everything regarding our warranties, and any issues that we may have. He too demonstrated exceptional customer service.

The level of professionalism, dedication, and customer care that the Garman Team displayed during our home buying process is truly unmatchable. It is clear that they love what they do, and they believe in the homes that they build. Had we known that we would receive such remarkable customer service and a high quality home, we would have built with them, granted we would have built the exact same house we bought, but the entire experience has made us Garman Homes customers for life.
