We built a Garman home about 2.5 years ago and the experience was amazing! The home has been excellent and free of issues. The Garman team has been responsive, honest, and fabulous all along the way - from the building process, to the one-year check-in, to warranty questions years later. The warranty manager, Richard, was especially helpful and really went above and beyond. We would definitely purchase another Garman home in the future.
