After a year of living in our home we are still so glad we chose Garman Homes to purchase from! From our very first meeting with Hunter, to working with Kevin and Richard over the last year we are always so impressed with their communication skills, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond for their homeowners. They use high quality subcontractors which means less headache and less issues your home will have, but when you do have anything that needs addressing they will respond to your emails/phone calls within minutes and have a remedy as quickly as possible! Richard was fantastic walking us through our 1 year warranty process. He answered all our questions and gave us some great advice and tips along the way. The day of the work being done he stopped by at least 3 times to check in and help in anyway he could. Top notch service! We don t plan to move anytime soon, but we wouldn t hesitate to purchase another Garman home if that time comes! Highly recommend! Thank you!
