Buyer beware. My home is two years old and Garman still hasn't fixed the front door, the un-even counters in the gourmet kitchen that I spent an extra $20k in upgrades for , the pantry door or the AC system that doesn't work upstairs. The 1 year warranty is a joke because all they do is ignore you or argue with you that there isn't anything wrong. I finally had to put an egg on the counter top so they could watch it roll off. Now, because they argued for a year that there was nothing wrong with the counter, the contractor can't find a matching stone. Its been another 9 months of waiting with no end in site. To add insult to injury the roof on this 2 year old home leaks! I saved for years to buy what I thought was my dream home and now I can't wait to move.
